This place looks like it could be good but unfortunately thats where anything good about this place ends. Stopped in when there were 3 other customers in the whole place. It still took 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich. Not that big of a deal if the food that is served is great but this was near unedible slop on a roll. I ordered the pork carnitas sandwich and the whole thing was completely devoid of any flavor or seasoning that even resembles carnitas. In fact the only thing I could taste was porky gameyness. I ate about a 1/4 of it and left.

When this place first opened on Park I went a few times and the sandwiches were GREAT. I got the house roasted beef and the roll was warm and toasted, the chips in the sandwich were crunchy, it was delicious. The last couple of times I have gone the sandwich has CLEARLY been pre-made and sitting in a fridge in back because the roll is cold and chewy and the chips are soggy and gross. Im not going to pay $12 for a soggy cold sandwich. Not going back.

Turkey sandwich and white smoothie were both delicious! - been back a ton of times since my original review - the salmon breakfast and lunch sandwiches are amazing. Chia tapioca and espresso panna cotta are unusual but delicious desserts! Go! // still going and getting salmon, chia, and espresso pannacotta. Now also eating orange chocolate muffin, tuna, and the donuts.

6 of us got lunch from here, we all got different things from the salads to the sandwiches and we were disappointed across board. A sandwich, muffin and juice was $21. what a waste! never again. salads were poor, lettuce was gross and brown. bulgogi seitan sandwich was bland. juice had too much ginger but the vegan muffin was tasty but small.

First time here and the bfast sandwich was aromatic and tasty. Friendly staff. Took a bit, but Id rather wait and have it right. Not cheap but Ive seen worse in this hood. A drawback, though totally a personal preference, is at least this morning the music was loud and annoying. Top forty from the mid nineties, and Im not talking eryka badu.

Walked passed this place once when going to lunch at work and decided to walk inside for a sandwich. I ordered the smoked turkey and to my surprise it was fantastic. Fresh tasting and the chibata bread is spot on. Lastly chips in the sandwich (thats what I do at home). People were very nice there and just overall great experience.

Overpriced & Bland! Expected a grand sandwich and got a pathetic tuna melt for $10 (just sandwich no side or drink). It was so blah I asked for a side of dressing (or spread) which they wanted to charge another $1 for. Stick to your local midtown deli for awesome sandwiches that are friendlier on your pocket

The salmon BLT was delicious. I dont like spicy foods so I ordered it with no jalapeno salsa. A bit pricy and the sandwiches are on the smaller side; however, the food is good. I was with a few coworkers and we all really liked our food. They have some really good combinations.

Spreads is open in the a.m. hours. I recommend the chocolate croissants. Theyre from Balthazar, and make for a delicious breakfast treat. Croissants aside, there are plenty of appealing pastry options. The coffees above average. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

I think Ive been in NYC too long as I now search for artisanal beverages & artisanal sandwiches. While along Park Ave S you have your basic chains: Cosi, Lennys, McDonalds, Hale & Hearty.

Both sandwich flavors, freshness, and creativity were undeniable. We will return again and again. Best sandwiches weve had in years! Also, must mention pleasant team members. Thanks

Love Spreads! Delicious, healthy lunch and really great cold press juices (that are slightly cheaper than Blue Print)! A bit pricey, but guiltless and perfect for lunch in midtown.

Their sandwiches are a bit on the small side, but pack a ton of flavor. The roast beef sandwich here is not to be missed - they even sneak BBQ potato chips into it. Genius!

The quality of food here is consistent. Fresh, wholesome and above all tasty. Its impossible to not be impressed by fare served at this gem of a sandwich shop.

Great lunch option serving well portioned salads. Their sandwiches, however, arent worth it - too expensive for their size and ingredients.

11 dollar sandwiches are overpriced relative to other lunch spots in the area. Take your business elsewhere
