Inedible sour/off. Awful customer service response. This was the worst food ordering experience that Ive ever had. We ordered two bowls of ramen, pork buns, and also some potstickers. When we received the food, everything was incredibly cold and tasted spoiled. I was completely grossed out! I decided to try the pork buns which are usually a favorite of mine but I couldnt even bite through the pork because it was so tough, not to mention flavorless. The chicken in the miso was sour, the soft boiled egg was brown rubber, and the broth was salty and stale. Overall, the quality of the food was inedible and we were completely disappointed. We decided to call the restaurant after only taking a few bites to try to get our money back because we didnt want to waste $45 on food we werent able to eat. The owner told us he would come by to inspect and pick up the food which I thought was weird. He arrived after ten minutes and proceeded to open the food and argue with us about the quality and try to get us to have them make it again despite my repeated refusal to try their food again during this transaction. There was no way I was going to put any food they made into my body out of fear of food poisoning. He was creepy and rude throughout and ended by saying he would go back to the restaurant and decide what to do later. Here’s the kicker… he TOOK our food with him! Not that we could have eaten it, but that’s basically just stealing and taking our money as well as the merchandise and leaving us with nothing. We tried to give him a chance to make it better and told him that we didn’t want to finish with a bad experience and then he argued with us, took our food, and walked off without giving us a response. That’s all I have to say about that, oh, and don’t give them your money unless you want cold spoiled food and food poisoning.

Decent ramen restaurant (more like a quick sit-down ramen shop); nothing to rave about. I ordered their $10.50 lunch special which included an appetizer, a ramen, and a drink. For my appetizer, I ordered the Kara-Age (deep fried chicken), which was tasty; for my ramen, I ordered the Vegetarian Miso Ramen (miso flavored vegetable broth ramen. topped with fried tofu, wok-fried vegetable medley, corn, mushrooms, scallions, crispy garlic and red pepper flakes) which was good; and finally, for my drink, I had a canned green tea which was pretty bad, but no fault of the restaurant. I like that they have a variety of options for the $10.50 lunch special, and I also like that they offer a veggie ramen. The ramen itself was just ok.

Harlems RaiRaiKen has been serving authentic Japanese Shoyu Style Ramen since 2000. Quality casual sit down and speedy delivery make this the obvious answer for your laid back Ramen fix. Great appetizers, soups, and desserts. Along with Jin Ramen, RaiRaiKen proves there is no need to leave harlem when hunting for authentic Ramen taste and menu. No masks and No geishas .

Small cozy restaurant. I ordered the Mabu Ramen (ground chicken) and Tan tan men(ground pork) , which were delicious. Mabu had too much bean sprouts, other than that it tastes amazing. Mabu Ramens broth was heavy and tasty. However, Tan tan men was the opposite but still tasted great. I would recommend this place. Did I mention they have Mochi?

A fantastic addition to the neighborhood, this is one of my go-to lunch places. I tend to do carry out as, like many local restaurants, they arent much good at delivering ti city college. They can also give slow service if youre dining in during the lunch crunch.

My mom and I just ate here. I had the pan fried pork dumplings, deep fried chicken and the Shoyu Ramen. It was amazing. My mom had curry Ramen. She loved it! Great atmosphere great food without having to go all the way downtown.

Had the lunch combo (14.50 + tax) with tip youre paying almost $20...not worth it for 3 dumplings, a can of soda, and mostly flavorless shoyu ramen
