Waited weeks for this place to open with excitement that maybe a ramen place closer to me would be good enough to be an alternative to taking a trip to philly, ny, or new brunswick. Boy was I disappointed. Went here exactly two weeks ago, and will not be coming back. Ordered the ramen tots, pork buns with sauce on the side and no veggies, and two bowls of ramen. The appetizers took 15 minutes to get to us and were horrible. Ramen tots were bland. Pork buns were overcooked and not complimented well by the garlic aioli. I get that maybe garlic aioli was chosen because of the area this ramen place was in, but it makes the dish not feel like an authentic ramen house dish. 30 minutes pass and we ask where our ramen is. They said its almost done. 10 more minutes and I had it, cancelled the ramen. Maybe Im spoiled by the numerous great ramen houses ive been too, but over 30 minutes is excessive to wait for ramen. The place was half empty! I paid for the items I did actually receive, and even that took longer than it should have. Left here and immediately took the trip to my favorite ramen spot in philly. Was in that place, ate, and left in less time than I spent in Oni Ramen House. The only good thing about this place was the decor. The pictures of ramen houses on the walls were the closest thing to being an authentic ramen house in the place. What a disaster.

Stay away. My wife and I and 3 chidren all under the age if 7 had an early dinner and the food was not good at all. Some of the dishes had a funky smell. We ordered chicken and rice from the kids menu which my kids usually love anywhere else. All three of them couldnt eat it, You would expect chicken and rice for kids to be very simple but that was not the case. Chicken was dry, rice had a really terrible taste and the brown sauce was really bad, maybe past its shelf life? Everything my wife and I ordered was really bad too. We are not much for posting complaints but felt obligated to share.

I came here for the first time accidentally realizing that they had only opened for the first time two nights prior. I came back again last night for the first time since and I have to say for a busy Saturday night, the service was bogged down but certainly not slow. I check with a stopwatch since a friend went recently and complained about the service; between order to entree was only about 15 minutes and our appetizers came out super quick. Everything was as delicious as it was during their first week. Good ramen down on the shore, a hidden gem. Keep up the good work guys!

I came to this restaurant expecting a hot, comforting, delicious bowl of ramen, but what I received was sub par. I ordered a bowl of ramen to go with a side of braised pork. When I opened the package, I was surprised with a bowl of cold, congealed ramen noodles without a trace of broth. The "braised pork" was simply steamed, chewy pork fat. The toppings on the noodles were also sub par. I was very disappointed.

The chicken ramen I ordered was great. The soup had a lot of flavor, the egg was cooked just right and had a lot of flavor. The chicken however had some unevenly cooked pieces. Despite that the food overall was decent. The ramen tots I experimented with had an odd texture and was a little too salty. The service was great however, but the food needs just a bit of work.

If you love NYC ramen, this place isnt something youre going to fall in love with. From management trying to make it seem that theyre expecting all of the empty tables to be filled for dinner time(did not happen), to not hot enough soup and frozen corn on a hot dish. Just not somewhere Id ever want to come back to.. Service was good though

Came here with my husband and brother and we ordered pretty much every vegan option on the menu. It was nice to see they had clearly labeled options and the waiter checked a couple other items for us to make sure. The service was great and the food was even better! I cant wait to go back!

they suck! the service is so bad! the hostess was rude & doesnt care at all. we waited forever to be seated and to have our order taken; they totally forgot about us. waiter was cool & food was good though which is why i made it 2 stars instead of 1

Had high expectations, was very much let down. Fried ramen bites were great but the ramen was disgusting. Didnt even finish it, took one bite and was done. Literally tasted like seaweed in water. Also way over priced. Waitress was nice

I go here for their super spicy Oni Ramen. Be ready to cry/sweat it out though. I really like their Tokyo chicken as an appetizer as well. Its crunchy and flavorful! Definitely worth a try.

The Oni bowl is super spicey but worth every penny. Also check out the Green Tea ...the can is weirdly hard
