I had the rack of lamb... Oh my gosh! Never before had I been inspired to write a restaurant review... until now. To say the lamb was perfectly cooked would be a gross understatement. Heaven is the only word I can use to describe it. My wife was raving about her steak frites and kept trying to offer me a bite but I firmly refused, not wanting to diminish the once in a lifetime moment I was having with my own plate. What a lovely cozy place. Im not a big wine drinker but my wife said the wine list was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive and accommodating. Contemporary French music played softly in the background giving the place just the right feel. My advice, go to a late lunch on the weekend, bring the Times or a book, and after your meal just relax. They kindly allowed us to kick back and enjoy the day while they cleaned up and prepped for dinner. An A+ experience!

My wife, daughter and I had lunch at Café Les Baux on September 24, 2016. It is billed as a French Bistro; bistro is a Russian word, Быстро, that means quickly. That is a misnomer for Café Les Baux. There were two young women waiting on tables; we awaiting longer than one would expect to be seated. There was also some delay before our food orders were taken and more waiting for the food to be served. Our daughters burger was not done "well" as she had requested; it was taken back and served again. She and my wife had the burger and I had the lamb burger topped with goat cheese. The burgers were very good as was the accompanying salad and fries. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy with tables in two rooms on either side of the entrance way. If my rating were based solely on the food I would give Café Les Baux at least 4 stars. The service was about 2 stars today.

My girlfriend and I have come her twice so far (made the 1.5 hour drive 2 summers in a row), and the food is outstanding. While this is a nice place, and you would not be amiss to dress up a bit, what I really like about it is that while the food is amazing, the environment is relaxed, somewhat casual, while still having a hint of elegance. So whether you want to have a dressy night, or just walk in wearing shorts and a polo, both are perfectly acceptable. Moreover, my girlfriend lived on France for a number of months, and traveled there frequently with family throughout her childhood, and she says this place has some of the best French food she has had in America.

Im having so many problems with my life and my phone taken back away I cant even text my own pictures and text my text message and I dont think it can text or message text or phone message but it yyea my text and message and I dont know what I want and I cant tell if it was or I had no phone to ask me if it had been fixed so it was a really bad idea and it is a thing I dont like to text message but it doesnt message you all text me text or text me back to the you back to the message text or text from ft or message message text message and message

We showed up at 5pm and we were asked twice if we had a reservation. The restaurant was completely empty. The manager came to seat us and my parents were looking to have a glass of wine and a light bite when she asked in a very rude and condescending tone "oh youre not having dinner?" I mentioned 3 times that I cant imagine its a problem since its empty. She then said "You wont be long then". I will never go back and we walked out - go here if you like rude service.

its hard to find french restaurants these days, so this one is quite a find. the food is good and the ambiance pleasant. its very small and intimate.
