If I were just reviewing the chicken, Id give it five stars, but because the service went to hell in the past month or two I only give it two. They never have anything you want or you need to wait about 20 mins for it. Tonight their one and only soda machine is out of service. How do you eat dinner with no drink? They use to have friendly accomodating people working the counter, but the people there now you can tell clearly dont want to be there. On top of all the sighs and frowns, they have complete incompetence when it comes to completing an order correctly. I had to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken to be made. I ordered a 11 piece, and a half hour later when I got home, I realized I only got 9. I guess counting to 11 is some sort of special skill you need to have nowadays since the people that work there clearly have difficulty completing that simple task. Its a sad thing when minimum wage gets raised to $15 and these people cant even count that high. I would pay them $9 since they cant count any higher and wouldnt be able to tell the difference.

The worst service ever! The woman at the drive thru sounded like she hated her job, extremely unpleasant. She asked me to repeat my two orders several different times and then when I drove around she informed me that there would be a 7 minute wait for the nuggets.. the 7 turned into 20! The employees as well as the manager were far from apologetic about the extended wait, not to mention I wasted my whole lunch break waiting. Id never go there again.

Food is what it is, fried chicken less bland than KFC. Ordering at the counter is usually alright, but the drive through is terrible. Frequently no response at all. This was the only place where I had to honk after endless wait to get some acknowledgement from the speaker. Gone through no less than four "new management" signs since opening, I expect to see that sign showing up again very soon if they dont figure out how to run drive through better.

Awful service. Honestly, half the time I go my order is wrong. The other half, its just a crazy long wait. I recall once being told to pull up past the drive thru window, there was a wait on shrimp. They forgot about me. Twenty minutes later, I left with a big bag of fries. No shrimp though. I wouldnt go unless you absolutely need Popeyes, and new Windsor is just too far away. It would be worth it to cook for yourself at that point.

I LOVE POPEYES! ! I was introduced to it in Hilton Head SC and am a die hard fan. My husband and I were KFC fans, but have been so disappointed with them that we travel from Wantage NJ to Middletown NY for this chicken...always great, always hot and never, ever have I had to wait on chicken! ! People are so nice and friendly...love this place

my dad drove a half an hour to here and back to get our dinner, however, he had ordered an 8-piece of wings,breast, and legs and had specifically asked for NO THIGHS. Upon arriving home, my dad found out that our 8-piece was completely filled with thighs and our whole dinner was ruined, this place sucks, Id rather go to KFC.

Just found a fly in my cup of fruit punch. The chicken taste old and the cherry cheesecake pie was deep fried in chicken grease. It taste just like old chicken. I always try to give this place a chance but that was my last straw.

Anytime before 5 is ok. But after that food is old. Always hard biscuit and fries and taste funny and one time I had 2 side order and was at the window for 5 mins and they came and asked me what was my side orders
