Im in this store 2 times a day since it opened. This location is close to work. Service is slow and has gotten worse. All the good staff have moved on. This seems to be a training ground for newbies. There is usually a line out the door. even with a short line, it has taken 20 plus minutes for 2 drinks. I have also gotten the wrong drink, even if it was properly marked on the cup, many times. On several occasions Ive been told they have run out of milk, half and half and even white sugar. You are a coffee company right? How do you run out of the basic staples for selling coffee? Parking is unbearable even when there is no one in any of the stores. Employees possibly? This will be my last trip to this store. I will be boycotting all Starbucks for sometime as Ive seen most stores service plummet. Im willing to make my own coffee until this company shapes up.

Ive been to most Starbucks locations in Suffolk and this one is in the top two. The baristas are cheerful, helpful and friendly. There is usually a line, but it goes quick. Their brewed coffee is excellent. Not sure why other locations have problems brewing their regular coffee (either too weak, burnt, too acidic), but the one in Melville is excellent. Parking can be a challenge though. Often times customers will have to park on the shoulder of 110. A little dangerous during the morning commute.

this Starbucks went down the tubes real quick. the service is terrible here, the severs are not customer friendly at all, and it takes way too long to several a very simple drink like black coffee. so after a year of coming here. this place has officially lost my business.

Everyone at this store is super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. If you ever have a problem tell them Tony sent you ... LOL ... they always do the right thing by me and they do remember who their loyal customers are.

Dont like the layout as much as my "regular" Starbucks but its OK. Clean. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Parking can be a bit of a hassle. (Youve been warned.) The drinks are tasty - and thats what really matters! :-)

Every time they forget my order or miss something. They forget my soy, forget my syrup, make someone else who is after me their drink before me. Their customer service skills suck. I hate this starbucks.

Great location being so convenient off of 110. Its clean, not really a ton of seating available but enough. Parking at this location is a nightmare FYI.
