The food is very good and there are tons of choices; definitely something for everyone. The service is excellent in terms of them being there to make sure you have everything you need. However, I was really annoyed and SMH over something they did the 2nd time I went there. I had a plate full of crab legs, some of which I had already cracked, right in front of my seat. I put my other finished plate on the corner of the table, away from me, and went back to the buffet for more food. I couldnt have been gone more than a few minutes, but when I returned, the full plate of crab legs had been removed. Every server I asked denied doing it. It was ridiculous; clearly not empty and somebody did do it. No one apologized and yet everyone told me I could go up and get more. Duh, of course, its a buffet. Not the point. I also find it frustrating that they do not offer the special crab forks to facilitate removing the crabmeat, nor do they offer the crab tool to crack open the legs. Other Chinese/Asian buffets do this. I learned that if you ask for the tool they will give it to you, but its not out there, and there is no crab fork, even if you ask. Also, they serve tea at the table, but with no teaspoon; only the large soup spoon.

Came here last night for an early mothers day dinner. The food was decent for the price. Ive had better and more variety. The waitress that was serving us didnt seem like she wanted to be there and just did a half asked job. I also had two young daughters with me a 6 and 4 year old and my 4 year old doesnt eat she was just there to watch youtube kids. I know taking a child to a buffet is really pointless since they dont eat. So we informed the waitress that she wasnt eating and she didnt. The only time she took a bit out of anything was when her sister got ice cream and our waitress informed us they will be charging us the one spoon of ice cream she took, which was 2.50. I wasnt really please with that, she didnt even eat a whole cup of ice cream just a small spoon that her sister feed her cause she was trying to share. That is not how you do customer service. Needless to say since we were charged that full amount I went back up and got an entire cup of ice cream for my little one and she didnt even finish that. I am not going back, Chens Buffet City in Hempstead is a way better choice with more food and better customer service. P.S. Stay away from the oysters they were not fresh at all.

Nestled in a suburban shopping mall, a very clean and well run buffet I like very much. Comfortable seating , friendly efficient service as soon as you are seated. Wine list, beers, soda. great Japanese section. Seafood choices outstanding, oysters, muscles, crab legs, shrimps raw, and several cooked choices. Above average Asian choices from the warm foods including roast duck and beef teriyaki. Soft serve ice cream and a delectable choice of cakes and fresh fruit. Buffet dining done right, for the semi high price, best bang for the buck here. And more than ample parking in the malls side wing.

One of my favorite places to go and probably the only spot worth eating at this mall (minus saga). The food tastes fresh and so yummy. I can get lost in it. The best part is that since there are a lot seafood choices I can go out to eat without having to under eat. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great and attentive. Although I could do without their constant reminding that my glasses is a third empty. Really. Its a great spot if youre hungry for dinner or you want a nice quiet lunch.

Excellent place to eat. a nice assortment of Chinese food. The coconut chicken and General Tsos chicken are especially good. Very flavorful with a rich glaze and just delicious. The sushi bar is AMAZING. The cali rolls are of superior quality. always fresh and extremely appetizing as well. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Ruby Dynasty is a top quality buffet at an affordable price.

Worst service.. I have video of 7 staff members sitting at the table next to mine making silverware / napkins holder, which should be done in the kitchen NOT in the restaurant where the paying customers are eating. When I brought this to the managers attention i was told this is "normal" restaurant noise. It was absurd and I will never return.

Ruby Buffet is by far the best Chinese/Japanese buffet that I have been to. The quality of the food is incredible and the sushi is delicious and always perfectly rolled. For the price you pay, no other place can match. Will always swear by Rubys and Ive brought friends there that agree.

I dont normally do ratings or write reviews but this place was definately worth doing one for. The food is amazing!! I was 110% satisfied. Anyone who wants to go out for food whether it be with friends or family or on a date, this is the place and for the price you cant go wrong.

I was there today food was good .bit the waitress was rude.and ask for her tips. I pay cash for the food dont put the money together I know her tip is hers.and not with the food disappointed. They are more I interesting on there money .that to serve berter.never going back again

One of the better buffets you will find. Its always crowded, so the food is constantly being refreshed. Oysters, sushi, crab legs along with all the usual suspects can be found here. Use the coupon found online to save a few bucks a person

I have been to lots of buffets but this one is not as fancy and looking good as others but is rich with food and nice sushi! Waiters should have been more kind and stop rushing people to get out

Im not a fan of buffets, so I didnt go in very optimistic. The food was tough, and half of the fish did not look fresh at all. Had a feeling I would get sick of I ate it.

Came here on a Saturday night. They have a nice selection of Chinese, sushi, desserts, and fruits. Nice selection of dishes here. Prices was about $14.99 per person.

I would say it is a typical Chinese buffet. However for the price; there is a raw seafood bar, sushi bar (very small pieces) and the hot very small thin snow crabs.
