Pick up ordered, said it would be 20 minutes which is great. Left my house after 20 minutes, got outside restaurant at what was 30 minutes after we ordered. Rushed in to pick up as I had to double park (Mamaroneck Ave is notoriously bad for parking), blank faces when I say Im there to pick up. Finally find my order and say itll be 15-20 minutes!!! Wtf. No apology, no discount for my inconvenience, and shocked when I ask them to bring it out to me. As Im standing there I overhear wait staff saying to the lady manager that they cant work like this people are complaining left and right, Im leaving, she called him back. Strongly advice avoiding this place - awful customer service and major lack of professionalism.

Restaurant interior is very well design. We went there on tuesday night restaurant was empty. We ordered Veg. Manchurian and they gave us some other punjabi dish when asked waiter said given dish was manchurian lol like we were eating indian food for first time. We ordered paneer tikka masala for a main course taste was not bad but there was so much artificial color in it. Customer service was extremely poor. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes after dinner for someone to come and give us a check . I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone for value and service you get for your money.

We LOVE this place! Delicious food at a very reasonable price. The lunch buffet is a great value, and it offers a pleasing variety of dishes. Every time weve gone, weve enjoyed each and every dish, which included both meat and vegetarian dishes (a few of each), 2 dessert options, and a few appetizers, chutneys, and sauces. The a la carte menu is also excellent. The servers have always been friendly and attentive. Give it a try!!!

I ordered Bhindi Marsala tonight. The okras and onions as they describe so fresh were like left-over from lunch, with a very dull taste. Almost not eaten, if you know what I mean when you come upon a bad Indian restaurant, the manager insisted the food fresh as if I dont know how to cook. What can a customer say? One star is for the ok staff.

The food is absolutely amazing. Staff is attentive and personable. No complaints AT ALL on either of those fronts. One MAJOR issue, though: Theres no music! It was sooo painfully awkward sitting in a dead silent restaurant - totally takes away from the beautiful interior design. Spice Kitchen owners, if youre listening: TURN ON THE MUSIC!

Picked up for lunch for my first time at Spice Kitchen. I got the Tandoori Chicken (spicy) and the lentil soup and let me just say WOW! BEST INDIAN FOOD Ive ever had! The chicken was juicy and tender and filled with flavor and an awesome kick. The lentil soup is very hearty and refreshing, lots of cilantro. Great place and awesome food

Amazing food! there are great options for people who dont like spicy (hot) food, and delicious vegitetian dishes too. in fact the black lentil entre was the favorite of my dining party. highly recommend to all, and the price was afordable as well

Solid food with fresh ingredients. Their pina colada is made with fresh coconut, my date could taste the difference. They take allergies very seriously and have cozy out door seating behind the restaurant. Ill definitely be back.
