They really need to put Pizza Hut put of their misery and close the franchise. I have yet to visit a Pizza Hut where everything has run smoothly, however, thus location takes the cake. Visited the restaurant and there was about 5 or 6 tables... the waiter, Anthony, was very nice. He took our drink orders (my 5 y.o & I) then took out order... we ordered the garlic knot stuffed crust pizza... nothing else, just that 1 pie. It took an hour to come out... I was infuriated... I asked to speak to a manager who refused and sent someone else over in their place... it doesnt get any more unprofessional... then the pizza was like cardboard and completely overcooked... I was then told that I could get 10% off of the pie ($1.87) or cancel the order... (wtf?) ... terrible service and there was rot around the table... stay away! I wish I could give it a negative star!

The most disgusting and absurd experience Ive had at this specific location. I have been coming here for over 20 years at this specific location and have never been so dissatisfied. An employee was rude, and extremely inattentive. Her name was Barbara, and she completely ignored me and did not acknowledge my presence. I had to wait 10 minutes just to simply ask her if I can seat myself. And to top it off, I had to wait 10 minutes for a beverage and had to go get myself a plate for the buffet. I was not attended at all during this visit and I am never returning to this location again. I used to come for one server who was the kindest there was to come, and I think she has left. Never again.

My kids an I went after a long exhausting day at the pool... Not only did it take them 27 minutes to sit us down but once they did we waited for a waiter to come to is for another 17 minutes. As soon as the waiter came (nice lady I guess considering she was slow as all heck). I gave her our full order appetizers and pizza ( we had enough time to sit and decide what to get).... Well after 46 minutes of no appetizer and no pizza, my kids and I just walked out!!!! This place is horrible and I really wish the one in pleasantville never closed!!!!! That location was simply the best ...... Pizza Hut is officially dead to me and my girls R.I.P.

We got to sit down , the soda was severed to us and thats it... they took our order after maybe 25 minute then after that nothing else.... everyone was waiting for their foods... after an hour and 25 minutes we walk out because we were tired of waiting for the food. Then we had to drive to the next pizzahut to order and get our food to take home... not a good place to go and eat.. under staff and service from the employees very bad. Sad to say but is the truth. Pizzahut food is great but if they keep messing up like this situation Dominos pizza will come out wining in the long run....

Twice I have tried the lunch buffet...the first time I arrive ten min B4 the end. By the time myself and my two daughters were seated,we were told it was over. The second time we arrive a half an hour B4 ending.When our server came to our table she told me there was no kid buffet and would have to charge us as three adults. My daughters are 5 and 8. While waiting to be seated,our server went to the manager to find out did she have to serve us the lunch buffet. Maybe it was good we were not served. The buffet didnt look very appetizing.

i have never in my life been so turned off to food! worst pizza hut ever! the only reason my husband and i did not leave is because of the waitress. a young girl who was working her but off while no one else was working. that poor child. good luck to her. the chicken wings had no chicken, the pizza was not pizza, it was just gross. i wished there were a dominoes pizza nearby. the most bootleg desert: breadsticks covered in chocolate... disgusting!!!! i dont even wanna give it a star but google says i have to

After giving good reviews this place has changed for the worst. This is the second time that this has happened to me and this time along with my family. We sat on our table for more than 20 minutes at first I say OK theyre attending other customers but the place was quite empty. Totally Ignored us. We left and wen to the location of Yonkers. There was excellent service fast and friendly.

Food wasnt bad. Wings were greasy though. I hated the service girl brought food pretty quick and downhill from there. Never got refilled drink until we were about to go.... Only 3 families in the whole restaurant but still room forever for refill or when I asked for an extra blue cheese tool like 10 mins... No one else as even being survey. Just lazy ghetto ratchet service for real

Employee attitude is horrible. I went to go pick up an order and at the counter I was told cards werent accepted at this time. I asked them why wasnt this told when I ordered because I was only carrying my credit card. The bus boy said, "So, why you have an attitude", lady behind the counter said, "You dont need to snatch". These people have no idea what service means.

The service here is the worst ever...takes for ever to be served. .....always is the same I dont understand why nobody does anything about it. ...love Pizza hut. ..came here because is the clouser from my town. .but all the time is a big disappointed. .....the employes do whatever they want. 0 starts! filthy location, pizza was extra extra greasy, the service was slow, i have never seen a pizza hut like this, close it down or sell it bc its a total disgrace to the name pizza hut.didnt wanna give it 1 star but thats the only way u can post ur thoughts.

Nice small intimate location. Server Anthony and manager Britney (i believe her name was). Were very nice and curtious. Kinda noisey because of all the kids but what can you expect from a pizza spot. But i still recommend going there.

Get back in your car and drive to the next pizza hut. This is a picture of how thin the bottom of the crust was. And one pizza took 40 minutes to come out. I still love you pizza hut but not this location

The lunch buffet is not kept up properly they take forever to bring pies out after one is done and they dont even put salad or pasta out. Service is usually decent but on a busy day be prepared to wait.

Waited over an hour and they still never put my food in the oven. Worse part is i ordered online ahead of time. They had over two hours to prepare my food and nothing. They need to be shut down
