We just moved around this area. We ordered for the first time from this place, after reading all the positive reviews. Do not order from this place! The food was disgusting! They must microwave their food because the inside was cold and mushy. We ordered 60$ worth of food and all of it was absolutely gross and not fresh at all! The only thing positive about the was that the delivery came when they said it would - they said in 45 mins and it came in time. We came from Riverdale and the BEST Chinese restaurant is on Johnson Avenue - Hunan Balcony! All their food is made when ordered, fresh and clean! You will not be disappointed! So, now for us to find a place like them around here...I dont know.

Wow if this is the best Chinese food in white plains then Ill never eat Chinese again. Heard good things so I ordered some egg drop soup and chow mein. Within the hour of eating that soup I was sweating feverish throwing up. All from soup that should be made fresh every day? Will NEVER eat here again and you shouldnt either if you care about your health. Eating a crappy dinner would still be better than getting so sick from a small meal.

Three of us ate at this restaurant at about 4:30 PM. There were about 15 people in the restaurant. The service was good. The food was excellent. I got the Spicy Shrimp Teriyaki special. It was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. The other two people with me were very pleased with their meals, too. We will be coming back to this establishment in the near future.

I will never eat here again nor will I recommend anyone to this establishment. The food was not good at all. I ordered 6 pieces of fried wings and all it ended up being was 3 wings cut up and served with a cup of awful rice and that was $9.00!! The chicken and vegetable plate and the wonton soup had no flavor. To top it all off, the carpet at the entrance was very dirty.

Excellent fine-dining Chinese restaurant. The people there know your name and treat you extremely well. The food is fresh and delicious--restaurant level (not the classic Chinese take-out style). Its a few blocks from Mamaroneck Ave, but well worth the walk over to the White Plains Mall for good food in a wonderful atmosphere. The music they play is very soothing too!

The horrible staff was so rude. They asked us to repeat our order several times and then had the gall to ask us if we could read the menu. Then they insulted our kids saying that had annoying voices. At that point we just got up and left. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS!! HORRID!

Wow! Ive always liked Baos, but the mongolian beef changed my outlook on life. Im normally happy to have food that is reasonably tasty, or at a minimum doesnt make me sick. But the meal I had today was delicious on many levels, and helped me out of the dumps.

we did not even have the chance to try the food. Service start shouting to us. I thought I had seen everything in my live, but I was never ever treated to badly. try anything else. If service is so bad, I dont want to imagine how is the food.

I ate at BAO on 2/17/2016 7pm and was at White Plains Hospital throwing up all over the ER by 10pm 2/17/2016. I was discharged the next day and they did say it was food poisoning. Ill never eat there again.
