Just received my order from this restaurant and I am highly disappointed. The french fries arent lightly brown and crisp, the batch was over cooked and soggy. If they had potatoe wedges it wouldnt of been as bad I would of just popped them in the oven! The chicken tenders were too thick, they favored corn dogs. They were too brown as if they were cooked in used oil. I as Im sure everyone else, likes the golden brown, crispy chicken tenders, they taste much better and look better. The Sicilian pizza was okay, thicker than I thought it would be but for $15 it does its job. The 3 scoop icecream was pathetic, I recieve more icecream for cheaper from Mr. Softee. The ice cream isnt a home made recipe its grocery store ice cream. I also ordered a wrap for my lunch tomorrow cant wait to see how that tastes. In total my order was $45 & no it wasnt worth it. - Hewlett

Friday at 630 called in a delivery for a pizza. I was told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour, I called and was told the driver was out with our delivery. Another 20 minutes and I called again, and was told my pizza should be there any minute. After two hours, I called and spoke with the manager, who told me my order was a pickup. When I ordered, I gave my address and phone number, why would I do that for a pickup order? They only resolution they offer was to deliver my two hour old pizza. When they first opened a few months ago, a delivery took 20 minutes. Their pizza is good, but they service is unreliable. I was excited when this place opened as its four block from my home.

Inconsistent nonsense. I order via grubhub, which generally wont allow you to order from somewhere if youre not in their delivery net. Placed delivery orders on May 14th for $33.95, and February 15th for $33.69. Food was delivered fine. Placed a delivery order on May 30th for a paltry $21.18, and now magically Im outside of their delivery zone. Thanks a bunch Villa Marcello. I just bought a house in Long Island, and youve just lost 30 years worth of business.

This is my new favorite go-to restaurant for delivery. Great tasting food, quick delivery, and I love that I can order and pay online straight from their website. Ive had a few different things from their menu and everything has been really good, and big portions. It seems like they receive the online order as soon as I place it, unlike other websites for ordering food, which take over an hour to respond.

I really enjoy their food. They do a great job and have reasonable prices. Their sicilian pizza is a little too doughy (puffy) but otherwise Ive been satisfied with their many offerings. I highly recommend this pizzeria.
