Two things went wrong with this order... First, this is the second time Ive ordered from them, the first time I ordered the food was excellent, it arrived seriously late because I ordered the first friday of Lent and their computer system crashed and it took well over an hour and a half to have my lunch delivered less than a mile down the road. I let it slide because the delivery guy was nice and I had called asking WTF was going on with my order and they told me so I let it go, my bad for ordering on the first friday of Lent. Today I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich which is supposed to be as it says in the description "Grilled chicken, flame-roasted peppers, sautéed broccoli rabe and extra virgin olive oil drizzle." NOPE!! What I got was some grilled chicken in a toasted hero with lettuce and raw tomato wedges. NO Flame Roasted Peppers and No sauteed Broccoli Rabe. Totally disappointed. Totally Not worth what I paid for it and it will keep me from ordering again. The second was that I ordered this through the seamless App, and they charged me full price even though I used a coupon... Totally not the issue with the restaurant, but be careful if you use the seamless app.

This service is horrible, I went in a couple of times around 12:00-12:30 and I understand theres a long wait but theyre all over the place. The girl at the register is trying to handle paying customers and the phone and once and I presume the older guy is the manager and he just constantly scolds her. Constantly yelling and her and the staff when all I see him do is stay on the register like its a hard job. He rang me up all times and he over charges my card two dollars, I ended up paying 8.42 for two slices and a can of soda. Terrible, they just tossed in my slices like I wasnt watching and I had watched them drop a chicken roll and hide it somewhere instead of throwing it out. Outrageous!!! I will never return to an unsanitary dictator ran place again.

I have tried a wide variety of dishes and pizza from Plum Tomatoes and I can tell you that this is absolutely fresh, homemade food. You can taste the difference when the Cook prepares your meal fresh to each order. My meal was prepared to my taste specifications with no problem. I particularly loved every sauce I have tried- from the Marsala to the Francaise, Alfredo and Vodka sauces were also spot on. The pizza dough is homemade as well as the fresh mozzarella. As a Brooklyn native... I am a big pizza critic, and I am absolutely impressed with their pizza.the resta5is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Casual- comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Kid- friendly.

I am a resident of Nebraska. Ive never been to Plum, but through a mutual friend it has come to my attention. They raved about the cleanliness and service but most of all the PIZZA!! You may think "Nebraska? What would he know about pizza, thats not corn or steaks." But Im here to tell you Ive sampled pizza from around the globe. Its not always easy to find a good one. So when you do you tell EVERYONE. If/when I make plans to come out east I will make sure that, due to extreme recommendation, I stop by Plum Tomatoes even if its out of my way, to eat one of everything!

i love the penne a la vodka but it only arrived warm once out of many times. the first time was incredible, but never again. i have ordered at least five more times hoping they would get it right again. each time, the service got worse with corrections that would take an hour to correct. they never close the gate and have a horrible attitude. last time, this guy did not have the change and kept eleven dollars as a tip. i should have returned the food but finally i ended our hopes in one day getting good food from them again. stay away if you want quality service and food.

Came in because I love Italian food and I heard alot of good feedback about Plum Tomatoes. Had the chicken parm entree & a large cannoli. The cannoli is truly awesome, considering it had chocolate chips in the creme and Im a chocolate fiend, so that was a huge plus. This would be a nice place to take someone for dinner. The chicken parm actually tasted better to me when I saved my lunch & had it reheated later on to finish it for dinner. Definitely will come back and a shout out to Bob who is the owner and a nice guy.

Went to Plum Tomatoes for the first time today to celebrate my birthday with the family. Our first impression when we walked in was how comfortable and friendly the atmosphere was. We were greeted right away by the owner Bob. Ordered some wine and a few appetizers which included the clams oreganata, fried calamari, and eggplant rollatini. Excellent! The pasta and seafood entrees we had were even better. Definitely recommend Plum Tomatoes to everyone!

First off the staff was very friendly, pizza is displayed and everything to me looks very appetizing. I had the buffalo slice and a beef patty( yes a beef patty they have it and its freaking delicious ) everything was so good and well spiced. Ive had there regular slice and you can Taste the difference in the sauce they use. Personal opinion its the best pizza hands down around the area. Definitely looking forward to go back for there lunch specials.

Great pizza place, but it loses a star for being inconsistent. Sometimes the quality if a plain pie is great from here, other times it suffers from either being undercooked and liquidy, or being overcooked and the edges are burnt. On the other hand, its worth getting the 2 pizza deal that is only available with an online order (2 Large Pies, 12 Garlic Knots, 2-Liter Soda/$26). Great deal if youre looking to buy pizza as a group.

Hello the food is great but the service sucks . When ordering through grub hub they delay the order 30 minutes to help sitting customers why would you do grub hub if you cant handle it and also a separate different time when ordering dinners they forgot to leave bread with it or there delivery drivers fat girl friend got hungry and he feed her ! But I give it to them the food is good but not 5 star 2 stars for the food

A fairly ordinary pizzeria. I liked that they seemed to anticipate what I might want. I ordered an unsweet iced tea and they offered to put some lemon in. Sausage calzone was delicious. They have table service and a menu too, but I didnt explore that. Place seems popular with locals - a good sign.

I love this place. I work locally and eat here at least 3 times week. Great salads. The best buffalo pizza around. They are always creating innovative pies and almost all are winners. Great lunch specials too. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. A must try if you are in the area.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place the waitress is super friendly, the Manager Mario is welcoming. Best of all the food is amazing, a hidden gem. Grandma pizza fresh house sause and tasty as hell. Prices are super affordable love their seafood pasta dishes as well. Will be returning.
