I continue to try this Chipotle due to the convenience of its location and lack of other options nearby but every time (literally every time) it ends in disappointment and regret. Ive been at least five times since it opened, and without fail, something always goes wrong. Uncooked quesadillas, failing to make online orders, out of every ingredient, rude employees. If you are going here expecting to be wowed by good food, great service, and nice employees, it just isnt going to happen for you. If youre going here because you have no other choice, well, youve got nothing to lose (except maybe $10 and some amount of joy in your life). I wont lie say Im never going back because, undoubtably, I will. Cant say Im happy about it...

If you enjoy your burrito with a dry brittle-edged tortilla, rice in a large congealed chewy chunk, drowned in sour cream cheese and sauce of your choosing look no further than this location. I didnt have the balls to stop the guy as he was mashing and crushing my burrito in a sad attempt to roll it together. My heart and spirit is broken as I try to chew through the wads of rice and disproportionate flavors as my burrito falls apart into oblivion. Food quality was okay. At the time of visiting the lines were very long and the tables were left untidy for a long time. I opted to dine in and had to end up cleaning my own table. The napkin dispenser was out of napkins, hot sauce bottles were empty and utensils were running low. It may be in their best interest to hire more staff or manage restocking more effectively. On the plus side, the persons behind the counter were very courteous and friendly.

Awful service, food prep, and wait times. Employees are not trained up to the standard of any other Chipotle location Ive visited. Attrition clearly is high.
