I have a been a customer over 7 years. I went there yesterday and it was the boiling point for me. A customer in front of me order a slice of pepperoni and I have food allergies to pork products. I told the guy I was allergic to pepperoni and he told the manager. The manager helped me but after I sat at the table to wait for my take-out food to be packed. They were gossiping and looking at me. I guess they wanted to rush me to the hospital. On top that all when I paid with a credit card, the girl expected a tip and mumbles under her breath. I was going to put her in her place, but I made up my mind, I am never ever going there again. This is not the only reason, I had numerous bad experiences. I used to dine in with my boyfriend almost 3 times a week and we would order our food and eat in the front area. We would bring the seasons we liked to the table. One day we were dining in, the bus boy just comes around and takes one of the seasons without asking. He brings it in front of the counter. Like hello! I understand if a customer asked for the season, You can ask permission and take it. I am not going to take the season hostage. I was really angry so I complained to the manager. I have to tell everyone about the owners wife, her attitude is something else. She is like a witch without the broom. I dont have to go there, I can go to Genos Pizzeria, its closer to my house.

Hi Everone, I been a customer of Imperial for more then 2 yrs now....the quality of food sucks and price is going higher and higher....What happend with me today i shall make a note of not to go there anymore and for your family and loved ones health dont go to this place...I ordered garlic knots and what i got was garlic knot baked from top and bottom and inside you can actually see the doug all the knots was not cooked my 4 yr old daughter eat at and complained stomach pain since then.....i called the resturant to complaint and I was treated so badly the manager there actually made me feel that coz of color they were not ready to listen what i was bringing to his attention. I am highly disappointed with this...instead of admitting the mistake when i told him that my daughter eat it too he said we all can eat raw dough its not harmful...This is a shame a place been around for so many years and the way manger humiliated me its a shame...I will make sure to report to this to food quality...beacuse i have a smaple of the knot......P.S dont order food

Imperial Pizza ruined Christmas eve for many people......orders placed well in advance not ready....waited 1.5 hrs for a small order they hadnt even started to prepare yet.....catering orders ordered 4-5 days in advance not ready and people were waiting over an hour past the time they were told to pick up the order....If you cant handle the volume dont take the order....karmas a b*tch....remember what you did to loyal customers on Christmas

Wasted my whole lunch break trying to get a chicken roll. They burned it because they rather talk to customers and chat then focus on service. Ordering from Ginos for now on even if I have to drive there. Will not spend another dime here

15 year cutomer and we have seen the food and service get worse while the prices skyrocketed. They are so busy they have lost touch with what got them there.

The pizza is the best around. I especially love their BBQ Chicken Slices. The regular food is not to my liking though. Im not a fan of their pasta sauce.
