Staff and wait time have always been great for me. Theyre always very nice, friendly, and I only waited once when I asked for welldone hotdogs. Ive never had a problem, they even gave me large ice water when I just asked for a cup of water. Most other places give you a small cup.

One day I will get what I ordered. My fault for not checking the bags each time as I am always in a rush but where are the internal checks & balances with their employees. Otherwise, prices and services are comparable to the competition.

I like their food, but the wait time is way to long!!!! Drive thru is supposed to be quick and easy, why do I always have to park on the side and wait for my food even longer. Get it together please!!!!
