Its all about the biscuits. Who needs to order and food? :) The food is done well here if they get the order right? When I order pasta from here, Ill usual ask them to put the sauce on the side and Ill put it in myself, otherwise what ends up happening is you end up with a pasta soup. So when it comes out with the sauce Ill send it back. Service is hit or miss here depending on who you get. Weve had really attentive service and some crappy service where the the guy thinks he got the order all in his head and gets half of it wrong or ask for refills on drinks and he forgets. So unless you go there so often that you know who to ask for...you pretty much at the mercy of the hostess and where they seat you.

Absolutely great service!! They were very understanding when I didnt like something I ordered(because Im pregnant and everything taste different now so some things I dont like anymore) and made accommodations to take care of it even after we said it was okay, we didnt mind. Sophie was our waitress and she was extremely amazing with everything! And the manager Danny came over and insisted on taking care of it! Everything else was amazing and we really love coming to this restaurant! Definitely recommend going to before a movie!!

Server was nice . The food looked like it was leftovers microwaved . The pasta was extremely greasy . I didnt even touch it . The basked potatoe was burnt . The soup was greasy as well . The shrimp look like frozen shrimp from bjs . Would never go here again . This place has gone down the s*%t hole . The crab legs were horriable . You get more meat in the ones at the Chinese buffet .eoukdnt recommend going here .

So we get there and its too quiet-like your about to get mugged quiet- we sit down and then our mid forties waitress disappears for a while- another waitress comes out and explain s to us,in DETAIL, how our previous waitress fell down and needed a break- when our original waitress returned she seemed upset with us because we werent concerned enough for her.....all in all a great meal!!!

Food was way too salty, service was poor. Waited so long i didnt even bother trying to send the food back. Major disappointment. Spent $30 on an ultimate feast that tasted like saltines dipped in salt. This has happened more than once. Not taking anymore chances with this place.

The lobster tails are definitely the best thing on their menu and their customer service is probably one of the best I have ever encountered. They are so nice and attentive, although we went on a night where they were short staffed, they were still very nice and cordial.

Our waitress Robbie was an amazing server at the Stony Brook location! For a 73 year old employee we were completely blown away. She read our mind ... anticipating our needs before we even had to ask! Please hire more folks like Robbie! An outstanding beautiful person.

If youre looking for an awesome seafood lunch or dinner this is the place. Lots to choose from as far as seafood goes. Try one of their signature drinks. They even made ours non-alcoholic. A little in the pricy side but worth it. The food is fantastic.

There was a young girl there by the name of Candace ant the stony brook location and not only was she sweet she was a perfect waitress in every way so we gave her a 20 tip for a 50 check. I will only eat there if she is my waitress again A+++++++++++

I tried their Salmon along with the shrimp. It was really nice cooked meal and I would definitely be going back. It is kind of pricey though but once in a while, it should be worth a trip if you like a wide selection of seafood.

Our waiter was a little slow even though it didnt seem he had many other tables because the 2 he had left once we got our soup. He was apologetic but the food was not great either. I was a little disappointed..

I had a shrimp jambalaya that tasted like it was from a can. Its a corporate atmosphere and lacks finesse or flavor. Service was fine...go to the seafood market in port jeff instead or even the steam room.
