This always used to be my familys go-to for lunch on road trips. Good food, prompt service, friendly people, and clean facilities. Not so much any more! Mom and I stopped for lunch today. Both our salads were wrong - mine had about two nuggets of chicken, hers was a cranberry pecan salad that they totally forgot the nuts on. Would have mentioned it to the waitress...if we ever saw her! Pretty much the only time that happened was when she tried to deliver us the next tables food (which was also wrong!) and when she delivered the check. Never even asked how everything was, and never managed to deliver the one thing we did get a word in to ask for (another biscuit, since we should have had one more than we did). On top of the rest, the bathroom floor was so slick with soap that we both nearly fell. At least we got some entertainment out of the four staff members standing around trying to figure out how to work the register. Pity theyve gone so far downhill. I will not be back!

I placed a carry out order over the phone for a Wildfire Salad. When I arrived to pick it up it seemed the staff was in disarray and I overheard they were short staffed that night. The boy at the counter couldnt find my order in the computer. I patiently told him my name & what I ordered. He finally had to get his superior to find it. He gave me my order and I left. When I got home (a 20 minute ride) I realized the boy did not give me the Wildfire Salad I ordered, he instead gave me a Southwest Salad. I wont be back. It just seems more stress than its worth. Even with a carry out order.

Food was good. Service was pretty good. Two little things that irked me. When I first showed up the hostess was more concerned with a conversation with another worker than seating me. The other worker finally nodded y way. My order was taken quickly and I got coffee but I had to ask once or twice for a refill but after I asked, she refilled often. Other than that, good to go. Food came quickly, check came shortly thereafter with a, "No rush" attached. I sat for a little bit, drank coffee and read my book for a bit before getting back on the road.

The food was good (what they were not out of), but the restaurant was very messy, and I mean messy! good, straws, coffee cream containers all over the floor, crumbs all over the seats, etc. By far one of the worst waitresses we have ever had, she wanted to take our dessert order while we were still eating dinner. When your teenagers comment that the waitress is rude, you know she is rude!

While the food was good normal fare, our service was less than decent. Had to ask for silverware, 2nd cup of coffee & our biscuits. Waitress was not attentive at all. We are usually excellent tippers for decent service but this person had one other table & was not attentive to them either. They also had to ask for a more coffee. Im afraid this is not the job for her.

Great service even though I came in a 30 min before closing. My fish was fine along with my broccoli. The carrots I wouldnt feed to starving animals. Half cold, half microwaved hot. Just awful.

Excellent service and food and they were busy, but still did a great job, the Dunkirk branch needs to take lessons from this one as they have horrible food and horrible service!!
