UPDATE 7-2-16 I go to this place just about every single day, weekends included. It is frequently VERY busy, very crowded, and finding a place to sit can be challenging. As a result, I dont even TRY; rarely bother to spend any time here outside of getting my coffee to go. People continue using this place as their private office space conducting "business", including tutors working with little kids, people talking LOUDLY on their cellphones or with other customers across the room, etc. Many months ago i emailed corporate about putting up additional SIGNS saying the seats are reserved for paying customers *only*, since there was an awful issue with the homeless and other non-paying elderly people taking up space, but I only got a generic form-letter reply, and only ONE sign has gone up but NOT where people sit! There is one resident homeless guy who is ALWAYS there, but aside from stinking up the joint from time to time, is relatively harmless and frequently goes outside to smoke a cigarette. This is not my fave Starbucks by a LONG shot, but its the most convenient to where i live.

Es un lugar magnífico para sentarse a tomar un buen. Café. Pero dependerá mucho del sitio que escoja. Aunque en teoría todos son lo mismo . Algunos son feos y otros magníficos , por lo que usted deberá tomarse su tiempo e investigar cual le gusta más. Es un sitio donde encontrara WiFi y baño, este último si dependiendo de la ubicación. En algunos hay homeless y es algo molesto ,en especial en invierno. En general es un sitio obligado .

Poor location. Adequate customer service. Usually overcrowded, filled with customers who do not understand personal space... And people who linger for hours on end using the WiFi. Today i stepped in because there was room to sit and i needed to use the WiFi for a bit---and, alas, no Wi-Fi. When i asked the attendant, her response was "it Google Starbucks. If you dont see it its off." I could have given her the finger for her snappy response. Instead i walked out. Café Bene it is!

I have given them only three starts because from time to time they mess up my drink. Is not to hard to make a six shot tall flat white with soy (kids temperature). They usually mess up my milk. See Im lactose intolerance so for me is a problem when I drink regular milk. So yea I know my drink is special to make and it takes time to pour six shots. So when they mess up the drink, I end up waiting twice the time to get my drink. Overall the service is excellent.

Your average Starbucks. This is a fairly spacious location with lots of seating and tables, but dont expect to sit down and enjoy your beverage because it is usually packed with nowhere to sit. Unfortunately, you must walk through the entire seating area to get to the rear of the store to place your order. Walking in and out for a quick dose of caffeine is out of the question. 2/3 times customer service is horrendous with rude cashiers.

Customer service are very rude under the policy of purchase necessary to be using the premises. After spent $15.00 dollars in a refreshment and a coffee,five minutes later I return to the cashier to get other drink i was advised by the floor manager or person in charge in order to stay in the premises i have to get other more drink for my friend.

This place is crowded and I hate people here turning off their wifi. I come here most of the time since it is very close to my home. But this is the 2nd time I found out this place has no wifi, I asked the employees here they said its not working. This is what they want and how they want customers to leave the store for not having wifi.

Pretty good Starbucks location. Well managed and fixing counters are serviced frequently. For seating: big table for laptops (few outlets), some comfy chairs, a love seat, and small two-seater tables. Restroom is in the back. It is, for some reason, crowded regardless of the time of day but I never have a hard time finding a seat.

Had horrible experience! Got a half cup of coffee n barista John ( if u can call him a barista) was a total a-hole and very unprofessional when I told him my coffee wasnt up to par n started arguing with me n threw my drink across the room into the sink. The manager tried to fix the situation n did well but that guy should go!!

Poor service. Some Latin staff give you an attitude if you dont get it; meaning you are not Latin. Please cut that out. I understand this is one of the busiest Starbucks shops in the world. But that doesnt justify their poor services since the most customers coming here are JH residents/regulars and not all of them are Latin.

Amazing place with amazing Batistas who always never fail to amaze, even. My cousin got a free drink on the house because he made conversation with a Batista, which all of them are kind and fabulous. Although its hard to find a seat its menu is brilliant and delicious and the music is good

Use to work here and help manage this location. We had an awesome team but like any business we deal with our fair share of unfavorable employees and customers. Overall, worked for Stabucks (in differents locations) for 12 years and it is an amazing company to work for. Very proud!

Not a bad experience when I come here so Ive no idea what their saying.(comments before mine 08/2016). I stay when I have time to sit for a few or even hours. Nice people walking and sitting about when they talk to you. As for the workers good and accommodating.

Dont order online and pick up in store they always forget the order and take longer then looking for parking, paying for time on a meter going inside making the line and ordering. Defeats the purpose of mobile ordering worst Starbucks ever

Service is good but this location is always busy - rain or shine, summer or winter. Like with all Starbucks locations, vagrants and long-term loungers take up all the seating here. This isnt a location I would want to linger in.

A good place. But its unclear why the Head Barista shuts down one of the 2 bathrooms in the afternoon-night when the Cafe is most crowded. The benefit of having two bathrooms is thereby erased. Kindda stupid, dont you think?

Its a Starbucks. People who worked there are pretty friendly. Its always busy this location so dont even think you going to be on your laptop and sip on your grande mocha latte or frappuccino.

No place to sit when I visited in at Tuesday around 2pm but the staff are friendly and its one of the few place they have a bathroom that you dont have to ask for a combination he get into it.

It was crowded when i got here but its typically the service u would expect at any other starbucks. The place is vintage looking from outside and inside there are chairs and couch etc.
