Uggh where to begin? In the summers they frequently run out of lemonade. There was even a day in the summer that they had no ice at all! How does that happen? Sometimes I feel like they just screw with customers just because they think its funny and it just isnt. The servers are frequently rude, but there are definitely one or two exceptions. I would blame management for not creating a better work environment. They also run out of other items... a lot! And I rarely come here late in the day, so Im not sure why so much is sold out so frequently?! It seems like they need to seriously look at maintaining their inventory much better. As far as the drive-thru line goes, theres not much you can really do about that. It is in a very busy spot and once you place your order, it is fulfilled pretty quickly, as long as they get it right. Mobile ordering has definitely helped alleviate problems in this area. Thank goodness Hartsdale has opened a drive-thru not too far from here...if you need a drive-thru, I would head there. Otherwise, the other Starbucks along Central Avenue are 100 times better than this one...actually most of the other Starbucks I have been to are better than this one.

Sometimes it seems they dont like talking to people - even though its their job to do it. I asked for a muffin and a drink, then in an inaudible voice he asked warm?. Maybe he thought he was talking to drive thru customer. Then the guy just stared at me waiting for card or cash. Next adventure was thee barista that didnt respond to any of the people asking about the beverage - he just pointed out to the printed labels (which didnt have any names on them, because first guy didnt ask) like read and dont bother me. They dont care about customers, only starbucks in the vicinity..

Terrible experience. ...asked the server for a cafe au lait...usually its 1:1 coffee and steamed milk but can be 1:1 espresso to steamed milk, "so i said please make it espresso" and she said "we dont do that, we call it a cafe misto...so instead of that you just tell me how many shots of espresso you want in your latte" and i said "i dont want a latte, a latte is 2:1 and i want 1:1 please" She was stubborn and kept pushing a latte instead of what i wanted. This hispanic barista must be new. dont use her. i just wanted my beverage of choice!

Horrible service and no quality control for the amount of money spent on a coffee product you expect to get what you paid for. If I am paying for a 16oz drink i expect to get the whole 16oz but at this Starbucks you get ripped off . The employees are more interested in cultivated their employee to employee relationship than with the customers. When I worked in the city the busiest Starbucks would get to know you but this store cant be bothered with that simple concept. Very disappointed.

I go here daily. The shop itself has a great staff and my coffee is always made how I like it. If Mari is on bar, its even better. The parking lot really super duper stinks and is not going to get any better with all the new shops going in. Be on the lookout for cars coming through the wrong way and the Dobbs Ferry police ticketing people forced to park in the fire lane.

Too busy and understaffed the day I visited, seemed much more worried about the drive-thru line than the customers in the store. Staff was not at all friendly - one guy had quite the attitude with the customer in front of me when the credit card reader wasnt working. They were out of the sandwich I wanted (early in the day). Then they got my coffee order wrong.

They have drive-thru! A bit of a wait at the drive-thru but such a great location! You dont have to get off the Saw Mill and go into some town to get a coffee, tea or hot cocoa which is awesome since there are no rest stops on the Parkway! Ive never been inside so I dont know how the wait is in there.

Horrible service. I have ordered the same thing 3 days in a row and each time it was made completely different. Not to mention the long drive thu line and the ridiculously slow service inside. As much as I like my coffee in the morning I will be going to somewhere else from now on.

This location always messes up orders and never gets it right. Dont even bother ordering a custom drink because they will just completely and utterly fail miserably at it. If you want good sbux go to the other location across from CVS.

This is the third time I order a coffee and they cant get it right! Its a drive thru, I cant go back! The wait is extensive and most often than not they prepare the order wrong! The only good thing is the bacon egg bites

Its a Starbucks. They will serve you the same Starbucks coffee you can get at any other Starbucks. Which is a good thing when you want the same thing, but not so much when youre looking for something new.

5 stars if the construction ends. Construction dust all over. Tables outside are not use able because of the construction. Otherwise, nice people, convienent location.
