The food is great, very hard to complain about this food. Restaurant seems clean and all people we encountered were friendly. Atmosphere is good in that both feel private noise level is acceptable and its well decorated. I would have given it five stars if it hadnt been for the birthday muck up. As we were about to be walked to our table, I lagged behind to tell the hostess about a birthday in our party. She asked me if I wanted to keep it "super secret" and I did... Hoping they would surprise and slightly embarrass my woman. I didnt hear him myself but apparently the guy who was seating us mentioned someone in our party having a birthday... Not a big deal as the birthday girl didnt hear it. But after we ate and had provided the server with our credit card, she came back to the table and asked out loud - "Do you still want to do the birthday thing? With the saddle?". I looked surprised, Im sure and replied, "it was a surprise. For her..." And she said, "Do you still want to do it?". I really considered just bagging it and walking out but we stuck it out and although the surprise element was burned to the ground, we had fun. I had even tried to call ahead but they didnt answer their phone. I appreciate the birthday offering but if someone wants that to be covert, make it so, man.

Pleasantly surprised with Texas Roadhouse! I dont usually visit chains, but we went in on a lark and the wait wasnt too bad for a party of four. The staff at the host stand was friendly, and directed us to the bar while we waited for 10-15 minutes. The bartender was also quite personable and offered quick service. After being seated, we were approached promptly by a server who offered water and asked if we wanted anything else from the bar at that moment. I really appreciate this sort of quick attention when Im seated at a restaurant. The entire ordering process was efficient and we had our food in no time. Even while we waited, we got warm rolls, peanuts, and more drinks. The food itself is pretty good, just standard mid-grade steak restaurant food. Steak is their mainstay, but there are plenty of other things on the menu. Almost everything can be covered in mushrooms, onions, gravy, or jack cheese. The steaks came out slightly overcooked (medium-rare was actually medium, medium-well was actually well), but thats to be expected at this kind of place and Id recommend ordering one notch rarer than you normally like. Ill be back!

The dinner started off great with delicious rolls and butter. My boyfriend and I started dinner with cheese fries. To our disappointment the cheese fries arrived with chili on top. We checked the menu to see if we had misread what the cheese fries came with. We discovered that it was an additional 79 cents for the chili and we hadnt even ordered it. My boyfriend ordered a steak cooked medium. The meat arrived to our table extremely rare. We had the waiter send the meat back. When the meat came back to our table they included another side of mashed potatoes. The bowl holding the mashed potatos was cracked down the side. Unfortunately dinner was less than ideal. I really wanted to like the dinner but it was full of disappointment. The bill was very expensive and defiantly not worth it. Will not be going back.

The food tasted good and was sizeable for the price. We enjoyed the fried pickles and the bread. I didnt appreciate how shady the "upselling" was here. For example, our waitress asked both of us if we wanted our meat with "gravy and mushroom" (or something to that extent). We both agreed because we like gravy obviously, but we were unknowingly charged an extra $2 per meal for the "smothered" version instead of the normal version. Perhaps we were clueless, but the waitress could have been more transparent. Also, I ordered steak with shrimp, but there was no shrimp with my meal. I didnt realize this until we left though.

Nice staff and fast service. Floors are littered with bits of papers and debris from a high volume of foot traffic. The bar doesnt serve any virgin drinks at all so that was a major downer... peanuts are in buckets on every table so dont bother if you have peanut allergies. Music gets extremely loud around 7pm which can be really distracting. Priced are decent and the plates of food are large. Not many low calorie options. Id take my husband here because the food is good and the prices are right but I wouldnt do it often because of the limited healthy options.

When I have been here before there was never a problem. Today we had two items delivered to our table that werent done however the waitress and the restaurant manager could not have been nicer about replacing what wasnt acceptable and were very sincere in to their apologies!! Couldnt ask for more than that except I did think they might have given a discount for to inconvenience. By the time the new steak came the person who ordered it was filled up on appetizers and sides so she had to just take the steak home.

FIRST OF ALL THIS PLACE IS NICE BUT THE WAIT TIME FOR YOUR FOOD IS ridiculous.. why I said that is BECAUSE WE ON Valentines Day we wait so damage look for the. Food they STUFF YOU FULL OF BREAD THAT WHEN YOUR FOR COMES YOU DONT WANT TO EAT YOUR DINNER. WE WAITED SO LONG ALASTAIR AN HOUR FOR THE. FOOD SO WE JUST. LEFT. NOW YOU TELL ME IS THAT SUPPOSED TO WAIT THAT. LONG ITS STUPID. THE. WAITER SHE WAS ALL HIGH UP. NEVER AGAIN. SEE YA EVER HAVE TO WORRIED ABOUT ME. GOING. THERE. ANY MORE.

Went when they first opened and it was delicious. I didnt like the fact that the tables were so close and they sat us at the tiniest table for two. The waitress even felt bad and ended up asking if she was okay removing everything from the table. After her doing so we barely had room for our drinks and food. Besides that, the food was perfect. I ordered the BBQ chicken and broccoli. Super juicy chicken. I definitely recommend it.

Food was fantastic. I got the Grilled BBQ Chicken, and it was done to perfection. However, the main reason for this review is to give a shout out to our server, Leslie. Like... What a pro. She was friendly af, so quick with the drink refills, and just generally intuitive of our needs throughout the meal. Five stars for Leslie! She made all my Texas Roadhouse dreams come true!

3 of us went there at around 3:30 on 9-24-16. 2 of us ordered the 6 oz filet 1 at medium well and the other at well. They were both overcooked. They were a little more than a quarter inch thick. I never saw such thin filets. We had 3 sides of loaded mashed potatos, all were cold. We were getting swarmed by flies the whole time. We couldnt wait to get out of there.

Great steak !!! Ribye anyway medium well and salad is so good dont ever change that !!! Burgers are not there specialty but are huge and I dont Care for the sweet potato blue lemonade or the contra fried chicken but steak and salad will keep me coming back !!! And the drinks the frozen ones shouldnt charge for a flavor and need mor alachol to much sour !!!
