One of the worst dinning experiences. We got off to go to Dennys, but it was closed, so we thought we would try this restaurant. My husband wanted coffee for the long drive home - they couldnt get their coffee machine to work. I ordered ice tea - it had no flavor and barely any color - apparently that wasnt working either. Our grandaughter ordered spaghetti noodles with butter. How can you mess that up?? It had a really weird taste like they used a dirty pot or something. She refused to eat it and I dont blame her. Our grandson got a slice of pizza with chicken. The chicken was spicy and the pizza was like a piece of cardboard - he couldnt eat it. My steak and shrimp wrap had a good taste but it never should have been in a wrap. The wrap was soggy and falling apart. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. All in all, one of our worst dining experiences and we still had to pay the full bill.

I would give this zero if I could. I went here with my friend who has celiac disease...we called and asked for a simple salad...no bread because of a gluten allergy. We get the salad home and as she is eating it notices she ate a crouton. I called them to let them know and the manager wouldnt even talk to me. Kept sending the lady on the phone to me to deal with me. How unprofessional....you are servesafe certified and you cant even realize that croutons are bread. Nothing but a possible discount was offered and that was barely offered. She went to the manager twice and he would not talk to me. Im extremely disappointed in this place now. Ive been a long time customer but not anymore. You should have your cert takin away. Shame

The buffalo chicken wrap was a disappointment. The wrap was soggy from the sauce and only had a mild hint of buffalo flavoring. Also, the bag of chips that came with the meal was 95% air and about 5% chips. My wife had a garden salad and the pizza which she says was good.The price of the food is too high for the quality.The service is great!

I called in and made a pick up order, no problem. I called 2 mins later to make a small change and they freaked out on me telling me I need to think before I call next time and treated me like crap. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never eat at this location, but the mountivlle location has always been great and has much better food.

Food and Service is excellent... food is a little pricey compared to most places... we come here for special times or when we just crave their food... best cheesesteak I have ever eaten. Our family and friends either come here or go to Columbos Pizza on Harrisburg Pike... Columbos has the best Pizza in Lancaster!

Ask for how big the stromboli and calzones are - they tend to be larger than one might expect. Salad options are also decent in size. Decent price for the food offered and usually fairly quick. Can get loud if busier.

How to Lose Weight Fast
Made 1 tiny request to have them not put the tissue paper around the sub because it pulls ALL the cheese off the sub. Request was completely ignored. Seriously? Wont be back.
