The review is not for the food--the food is fine. The decor is fine, even before they re-vamped it a in 2013. This review is "OK" for the staff. When we started eating here, we jokingly called it "Pottymouth Pizza" because there was not a single visit where one or more of the men/boys behind the counter did not drop an f-bomb. Without fail, someone would, during any given visit, whether dine-in or take-out, swear a blue streak and wed leave a little more educated than when wed arrived. As I said at the beginning, the facility, the food and the parking--all good. Better than average, Id say. But the foul-mouthed staff have been the only thing keeping me and my family of kids out of here for a couple years. Listen, if I wanted to eat around swearing Id go to a hockey game or a sports bar. This is a "family" place but the language is often very adult.

We ordered pasta with garlic and oil. It was the worst I have ever had, pasta was overcooked, garlic was not fresh and it was raw to boot. We had no luck finding any olive oil. All there was in the pasta was unsalted water with the garlic. The potato croquettes had to be 3 or 4 days old and were microwaved for 3 minutes at least. They looked stale and the cheese inside had an almost yogurt like taste. Its just obscene that someone could sell such food with no care whatsoever. Will never be back. Not authentic Italian cooking. The pizza is okay.

When I grew up my dad would always take us here when we were visiting my grandmother. "Best pizza in the world place" was what we would call it. On my most recent visit to my grandmothers, I made a special trip to pick up a couple of slices. My son ate most of the cheese slice, he is 1 and has had a hard time eating solids, you couldnt tell with the way he went to town on that pizza.

If you like doughy cheesy pizza this is as good as it gets. Easily one of the best pizzerias on long island. Their plain and sicilian slices are to die for. The rest of the food and specialty slices are all good and can compete with most other places. Absolutely great garlic knots too.

If you like dense, soggy slices with horrible crust this is the place for you. I remembered this used to be an OK place, but I cant believe I ate here. I’ve had better pizzas than this from the frozen food section at Waldbaums across from here.

Eat here every friday night, definitely the best pizza around. Little Vs and Roses are nothing compared to here. Their sicilian pies are just amazing, my mouth is watering right now just thinking about it.

Much nicer atmosphere since they did some remodeling. Its good pizza, but theres no need for DiRaimos when theres Rosas and Little Vincents right in town. The only thing they have is they deliver.
