This is a great place for coffee, a sandwich, a catered event, a tailgate party or even a meeting / conference. Just outside of West Point, the Thayer Gate Deli offers great food and beverages. Their owner, Joe Klimoski is a community minded and good man, who tirelessly runs his deli with passion and a warm smile. I highly recommend that you drop into the Thayer Gate Deli on your way in to a West Point Football game, on your way out to visit Highland Falls, or simply to drop in to meet up with good friends.

Horrible tastes. Too much vinegar, sour pickles and massive mustard sauce. No lettuces?? I wonder if they ever tasted their own sandwiches. Waste of money. Might as well make home by yourself rather than buying expensive sandwiches from them.

very new and clean place. great deli with awesome sandwiches. my favorite is the breakfast bagel served all day and the fries are great, crispy. Owner is the nicest guy in town as well

The Thayer Gate Deli is a must visit local eatery. The lunch menu is exceptional. The staff is friendly. I also recommend their catering platters, which are excellent.
