These people have the most DISGUSTING customer service ever. They dont know how to talk to people, they dont know how to get their orders right, and they have the AUDACITY to tell us we are liars. Our office orders an EASY $300 a week from them and they are about to lose our account over a measly $1.50 bagel?? The Spanish woman who answers the phone is always rude. And the manager? Forget him - he ALWAYS sides with his workers. Maybe theyre dating or something because she can do NO wrong. The customer is always wrong with them. Its really sad that they are willing to lose an account because homegirl cant pack a bagel. Then they want to argue with us for our money back. DISGUSTING. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Id rather eat dirt than deal with this place again.

Their food is usually pretty good however I have to agree with jasmine they always get something in the order wrong and then argue or somehow the customer is always wrong. They always seem to forget the side order of avocado, charge me for it but wont send the delivery guy back with it and have the nerve to tell me " I can come down and pick it up myself" unbelievable. Good food but horrible customer service. I can get an overpriced salad with avocado somewhere else!

BEST BURRITOS EVER! Hands down better than anything Chipotle can come up with. Sorry Chipotle... Lol But Tosts food is authentic to Hispanic food because its made by real Hispanic people who know how to season it just like our abuelitas and mamis and tias do! Under cooked chicken served with quesedilla. When I called to explain, the manager challenged me and was obnoxious. My entire work staff and Ill never order from them again. Also, another similar incident happened, where one of my co workers had to throw away the tuna sandwich because the tuna was bad...

Perfectly acceptable breakfast and lunch items. Acceptable coffee. Cheap. This area needed a place like Tost (previously Q Cafe), and while this place is not going to be drawing French tourists anytime soon, it performs its function adequately.

Ordered over 2 hours ago and am still waiting for my food. Have called multiple times and each time they say "it just left". Quality has dropped dramatically since they dropped the Tozt name. They will lose a lot of business from my office.

I love Ten Ren because you can actually taste the tea and not the tons of cream and sugar additives that other popular chains have. Also, the bubbles are my favorite- perfectly chewy and a little on the larger size.
