Prime Time makes a gluten-free "Eggplant Susan" (call ahead for availability that is spectacular!) You can get it as an eat-in meal, or take out, but my favorite is to order a tray to take home for plenty of servings. Their Greek Salad is gluten-free and delicious. Just keep asking, they will try to accommodate. Obviously their business is gluten based pizza so the fact that I can find anything to eat there much less anything delicious is amazing. And it is kosher. My friend likes the soups, you can get a soup and salad or soup and slice of lots of pizzas. It is small, a lot of business is catering to parties or pickup phone orders but it can get crowded some lunch and dinner times. I havent been able to convince them that the eggplant susan deserves to be mass marketed, its cheaper than the not so great frozen gluten free packaged food. Here it is fresh hot and you can have plenty!

I grew up eating Prime Time Cafe Pizza, pasta, and salads. My number one recommendation is their Greek Salad, followed by a regular slice of cheese pizza. the staff is very nice but very slow. their slogan is "Good food is not fast, fast food is not good". After waiting, you might be upset but once you taste the food, youll be very happy.

Had a slice of pizza peppers and onions, one white slice, and a slice of eggplant on Justins recommendation. Every single one was amazing. The owner was friendly, he and the other customers greeted eachother by name. Easily one of the best pizza places around.
