Had one good experience and when we went back, last fall, it was a nightmare. They are very short of help first of all. If they have more than three tables of people, they make you wait to sit down when there are plenty of tables. Then when they finally sit you, they ignore you for fifteen minutes, not even a glass of water. The help becomes very overwhelmed easily as the place gets busy and no one, no manager/owner even checks on what they are doing. I had bad sour cream on my baked potato, complained, and seeing, no soda or anything but water on my table, they didnt even offer me a courtesy drink to wash it down any type of courtesy period. We had so many complaints that night that it was a joke, mostly the bad slow help. It was the worst service we ever had. I wrote a letter to the owner and she never even replied. Very rude.

Cook was rude and didnt no what well done means. Sent prime rib back 3 times and then I refused to eat it. Cook said I was paying for it anyway but that did not happen.will never go there again

This was the place to go about 20 years ago... luck for them - they left the decor. Its like going into a time warp. Large portions of home cooking.
