All the food is frozen, no fresh meat. Low quality food. They put way to much lettuce, tomatos and onions on their sandwiches, Sauces are over cooked for the pasta dishes and chicken parm. The Chili Soup is scorched. Also some of the food is microwaved. They tell you their pies are homemade, when they are frozen. Over priced! Some waitresses are rude and unprofessional. Had to find the waitress to get refills on drinks and coffee. (She (daughter of owner) was watching tv) and to get check. Their hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., we got there at 8:15 p.m. and were turned away. Daughter of owner said they were closed. Very dirty, walls, floors and restrooms. We will not go back nor will we recommend The Queen Diner.

Our burger was good, thats the only part of the experience that was. Our fries were lukewarm at best. We had to ask twice for refills on our drinks, my husband got his, I never did. When our waitress came with our food, she put the fries down, sat a burger in front of me and asked if thats what I ordered. When I told her we had both ordered the same thing, she picked it back up and put it in front of my husband. She never once asked how our meals were, and we had to ask for our check. Not sure Ill be going back.

The place itself is nice enough and the service is quick and friendly but the food was fairly underwhelming. Massive piles of tasteless french fries with sandwiches, an uninspired burger, and the gyro with a single slice of beef but a quarter head of iceberg lettuce was disappointing. While it did the job of making us not hungry anymore, if we do return it will be breakfast foods we try.

There are definitely better diners in the area (Im partial to Country Folks in Richford), but this one will do in a pinch. Okay food and friendly service.
