We stopped by this amazing place for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were in Cortland to visit Dio Way, and looked Brix up. First off, Brix had truly excellent service, were greeted immediately and had wonderful service throughout. But the food was amazing! I am a bit of a pizza snob and their Caprese Pizza was delicious. But even more outstanding was the fact that they offer an amazing gluten free menu. My wife has Celiacs and she was floored by the selection of pizzas, pasta dishes and mouth watering appetizers. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would recommend Brix Pubaria to anyone looking for a great meal...and dont forget to check out the cool chalk art that adourns the walls!

Food was very good, great selection. We ordered several dishes and ate family style because there were so many things we wanted to try. The salads were large with mixed lettuce. The pizza was very tasty baked in the brick oven (you could tell that the sauce was fresh). The staff was friendly and fast even though it was a very busy night for them. We found the owner working back with his chefs making pizzas, good morale and a good attitude. We will definitely be coming back next time we drive through Cortland.

Expected just pizza and pub far. Got far more. Decent beer selection, with nice local gems. Food selection was very much tailored to the college crowd. But I have a hard time finding fault in adding tater tots to pizza! Will definitely go back again to sample thier wild plates. Get outside the box, and get inside Brix! Cheers!

Passing through on business and decided to give Brix a try. Wow was I surprised. Definitely exceed my expectations. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, parmesan wings, and the maple bacon wings. All 3 were AMAZING. These may have been the best wings Ive ever had, and I work a lot in buffalo so thats saying a lot.

The service has always been good here. They have some of the best chicken wings Ive ever had. Crispy but cooked perfectly and still juicy. The garlic parm is to die for. The portions are generally large for the price. The place can get busy with students, so call ahead if you plan to come on a weekend for dinner.

Best food and quality of service in town. Very clean and the environment is one of a kind. Great for families, students and a casual atmosphere! Gotta try their brick oven pizza and buffalo chicken egg rolls. Request Jenna Gregory for top notch service.

What a great experience! Went here on a Monday night and enjoyed the $5 burger deal, had a beer and watched some of the preseason football games. The staff was friendly, the place clean, and the food delicious. Id definitely recommend it!

Food was fantastic and staff was very attentive and friendly. They had a live band that was absolutely amazing and the prices were very good. Only complaint is we were seated next to the band and I could hardly hear the people I was with.

pizza from the pizza side of the building is satisfactory. the bar is also satisfactory. dinner food is not satisfactory. AVOID burger night unless you are a student. regular burgers are ok.
