Ordered a grandma pie and an order of wings for delivery. Was told it would be 25-30 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later I called wondering why I havent received my order. I was told that they made a mistake with taking down my address and the delivery driver couldnt find my place. I asked why they didnt call to correct the mistake so they could deliver the food and they couldnt give me an answer , they just said that they would get my order out to me immediately. Not even five minutes later my doorbell rings ( which makes it very apparent that they didnt cook new food ) and the delivery guys gets an attitude about me asking why they didnt cook new food. This is my first delivery experience with primas and will be my last. I order a lot of food from primas and always pick it up but their food quality recently has been inconsistent and sub par. I will never order from them again. There are plenty of pizza places around and Im sure they would appreciate the business. P.S Your restaurant needs a good deep cleaning.

Absolute worst service Ive ever had for a small place that wasnt too busy. It took 20 minutes for us to get a menu, then another 30 to get our food. 30 minutes to get a chicken parm and a grilled ham and cheese. Our waitress passed our table several times with even a glance or a "your food will be up soon". We were just left to wait while people were coming and going around us. They finally brought out my grilled ham and cheese which was basically some ham slapped on a sub roll with a slice of melted cheese on it, not grilled, just slightly warm. Took another 5 minutes to get our chicken parm. We stopped here looking for a quick dinner, but that wasnt the case. I will never come here again. If anyone I know is looking for a good place to eat around here, I would tell them to avoid this place.

Undeserved reputation. When I first moved to CoH, the first place I stopped for dinner was Primas. Really attractive exterior and inside it looked like a funky place that would serve great pizza. According to their menu they do, with descriptions of how they mail pizzas to former residents who cant live without Primas. Former residents, get a grip! Dining in is not a treat as it is crowded with lots of traffic from the takeout. They do have attractive sounding gourmet pies and I tried several different kinds but I didnt enjoy the sauce or crust. We ate there a few more times until we found better pizza in the area (Leos and Village), and never went back.

I dont go to Cornwall often but I have been here once before a couple of years ago. Back then it was delicious, good sauce, and good crust. Today I went there and it was terrible. I just got a couple of slices of pepperoni pizza to go (which I ate within 6 min of getting it) and it was bad. The crust was very hard, and thin. Next was the whole slice had no taste. I didnt taste anything when I was eating it. I also felt like there was no sauce or at least I didnt see/taste any. It felt like I was eating nothing. I had a good experience last time but this time was a joke. They probably got new chefs.

The place is very small and inconvenient for mothers with strollers. No space to move around. The bathrooms are very small and extremely dirty!! Smelled horrible, like it hasnt been cleaned in months. The young kids working there were extremely unprofessional, rolling their eyes and sighing like they had somewhere better to be. The pizza was the worst Ive EVER tasted, very very very greasy and acidic tasting. I would not recommend Prima Pizza to anyone searching for good pizza in the local area.

This my new favorite pizza in NY. When we moved here 3 years ago we decided to not eat at a chain restaurant. There are to many Delis and restaurants to not try them all. This has to be some of the best pizza in the state. They have a stuffed philadelphia and cheese pizza and a tomato basil. They are absolutely delish. They also offer subs and they are amazing too. Welll worth your time to go and have pizza. A quaint community and wonderful food!!

This is an old school, small town pizza shoppe. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. The employees are friendly and bend over backwards to be courteous to their customers. The decor gives the feeling that youre in a small, country village during the old days. The food is phenomenal, especially their various gourmet pizzas. The prices are very reasonable and possibly cheaper than some of their competition.

After attending my sons graduation at West Point last year we had a get together with my sons graduating friends and their parents, being from Az we dont get pizza like this. We loved this place so much, I was a bit upset at my son that he didnt tell us about this place sooner I look forward to getting my pizza delivery from Prima Pizza.

Best pizza I have ever eaten. The large pie is huge and there is always the correct cheese to sauce ratio. The dough is amazing and what really makes the pizza stand out. The garlic knots are great as well and the garlic bread they give with the pizza is also prepared nicely. No free refills on soda, its listed in the menu.

This is my new favorite Italian restaurant. I stumbled upon this little hidden gem after a long day at Storm King Art Center, and it was everything I expected from a pizza joint and more! The penne and vodka sauce is outstanding and the calzone is one of best Ive ever had (Order the small however, its enough for two).

Real New York Pizza! The price is a little higher that you average pizza place, but its well worth it. They have so many choices for their piazza that its hard to pick a favorite. No other place can really compare, especially not that $1 slice stuff. Did I mention that they ship anywhere in the US?

Amazing service, amazing pizza. We were visiting the small town and I saw this place was recommended. We ask for a XL veggie for two and we couldnt eat even half!! The pizza was amazingly tasty , real flavors, and fresh veggies!!! I absolutly recommend this place!!! SO GOOD FOOD

The food is AMAZING, the staff is very good at what they do. Although they seem distracted but that is acceptable to me since they have a lot of things going on (Many calls to order, tables to wait on and plenty of food to make.) Nowhere in town can compete.

This place makes the best pizza period. We popped in here for a few slices and were blown away. We sat outside on a unseasonably warm day in January. Friendly staff and wide selection of gourmet pies.

I watched the Army/Air Force game here a few years ago and the staff was awesome. They kept bringing us out more and more food. And the food was awesome. A great memory at a great place.

Super delicious and amply-portioned pizza at a ridiculously low price. Plus you can bring your own beer & wine ! How many places can you say that about? Highly, highly recommended.
