Wish I could give them negative stars. I ask for a combo platter and a Botana. I literally didnt receive more than half my order!!! I did not receive the Botana and I did not receive one of the three items I requested. I literally spelled out BOTANA because I thought that the lady could not hear me and still did not receive it when they delivered my food. Also, when I tried to call them back just to see if they charged me for the BOTANA (luckily she did not) the lady had an attitude. Thats not even the worst part. The item that I was missing was a burrito, so when I called to see if they could just bring the burrito the lady had the audacity to say that the cooks said that the burrito was in there! Why would I lie about my food missing. Then she had the nerve to say I can come pick up the burrito if I want it. Why would I call a order for delivery if I wanted to come pick up my food that they messed up! If anybody is questioning should they order from here, I highly suggest you dont unless you really only want half your order. Horrible place to eat at, literally the worst when it comes to customer service. I would highly suggest eating at Maria Bonita, they at least understand the saying that the customer is always right!!!!

The atmosphere is pretty good. Has the atmosphere you probably are looking for in a cheap Mexican place. The food might have been some of the most bland Mexican food Ive ever had though. The food came out in about two minutes and I quickly saw why. I had to douse the entree in hot sauce to make it taste like Mexican food. The chips and salsa were alright. This place will probably do a decent business due to the town not having a clear-cut better Mexican restaurant and being a little bit cheaper than Maria Bonita. My advice would be drive to a different town.

Ive been here six or more times. Very nice atmosphere with well dressed and courteous waiters. The food has always been good even when trying a suggestion from the head waiter. The prices are great and the food is not extremely spicy unless you ask. The chips are a little different but not bad. Im going back next week with a friend who has never been there. This type of Mexican food is like Im accustom in Austin, Tx. Thumbs up.

Hacienda is the local favorite Mexican restaurant and lives up to its expectations. They have a very good selection of authentic Mexican dishes and a full bar for real Margarita lovers. The pitchers of Sangria are my favorite with friends. The pricing is reasonable and the food is delicious. You can order for takeout and they often have it ready in 10 minutes.

Had a group of 6 and every waiter pitched in to make sure we were always attended to. Food was authentic, tasty and not overly salted. Large drink menu and many many food choices as well. All food, apps, and drinks arrived in lightning time! Had a great time and even had shots on the house! Great, friendly service. Will definitely visit again!

Got the shrimp. Totally under cooked. Been there before. But never got the shrimp. Tasted like rubber. Had the manager come and said it himself that the shrimp was under cooked. Still got charged the full amount $17.95. I wasnt happy. Place was clean. People were friendly. I will be going back. And not getting the shrimp..

Poor management, never returning. Very clumsy waiters, food was disgusting. I certainly dont recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy a glass of water "accidentally" thrown on you. Absolutely the worst Mexican restaurant Ive ever gone to. If you want a real Mexican restaurant check out Chapala grill in New Windsor.

Buddies and I went to eat here. Waiter said that he wouldnt do separate checks. Then tried to run all the cards to split it and none of them would work when running six different cards. Food didnt taste that great. It was either a slow night or we were just the only ones in there.

Pepe is one of the nicest people you could hope to see at this restaurant. The burritos are delicious and there is always more than enough food to go around. Whenever you have a chance to eat in the Hudson Valley this is defiantly a "must do."
