RACISTS RACISTS RACISTS!!! The food is trash but this staff is sooooo racist! Just because I look Hispanic but am American (so I speak English like I should in the U.S.A.) and dont speak in Spanish to them, the racist women barely want to service me and give me huge attitude! I look straight at them and say thank you and they completely ignore me. They mess up my order on purpose. They just stare at me like Im stupid when I speak English because they expect me to speak Spanish. This is not D.R. this is N.Y. and if this staff has a problem with the English language then they should go back their island. You are in America. Get used to it and stop with the racism if you want to be a successful business in NY! But something tells my you people wont change because it seems to me that Dominicans in general are extremely racist but THIS restaurant take the cake. Ivery never experienced so much racism! Your business will sink fast because I continue to WARN every person I can who thinks of ordering from this piece of racist trash. Good luck, RACISTS!

If you like Spanish food, then this is already the go to place. Ive eaten at this place for a long time and their food is delicious, and they never disappoint on the quality. But like every restaurant, they have its problems. For one, the staff usually only speaks Spanish, and has a hard time understanding English speakers. Second, the staff can also be quite rude and may even give you off to another waiter or server to deal with you - even if youre a Spanish speaker. Last of all, they put too much vinegar in their salad, so unless you like lots of vinegar in your salad, either dont get it or simply dont ask for vinegar. If youre in the neighborhood and in the mood for Spanish food, go here. If youre close by but dont feel like walking, order through Seamless. I recommend ordering from here than Nancys which is right across the street.

This place has good food but it definitely has racist overtones. As a black man that supports them regularly, I notice the difference in how the owner treats black people; including myself. He never speaks and acts as though it pains him to service me. They tend to interpret the language barrier between English speaking patrons & the Spanish speaking staff as hostile if you ask ANY questions. This is unnerving considering that they are Dominican & Dominicans are Spanish speaking black people and many are darker in hue than me. So frustrating!

they are just plain rude and the food took and hour and half to be delivered yet its a 10 minute car ride !!! Terrible customer service and the Delievery man doesnt speak English but yet can tell you to meet him half way down your block at his car ?? When did delievery turn into meeting someone at their car ?? never ordering from here again ! get someone who can at least hold a simple conversation in English not all your customers speak or understand Spanish.

Ordered from here and food was horrible and found a hair on my rice, called to complain and nothing was done. The lady put me on hold after I told her my complaints and someone else answered since she was avoiding an unhappy client. Still nothing was done. These people are money hungry and just care about money. I was a weekly client but no longer will be. They lost me as a customer today.

I do not like their food is the most disgusting I have ever eaten in my life was simple order aroz white mature, beans, fried pork, fried plantains and green. The aroz was more or less the grimy and watery flesh looked like cardboard beans, tostones or so and did mature oil carriage. Never massssssssss

If I could give it no star I would! They are just flat out RUDE! Took two hours to deliver my food!!!! On top of that the delivery guy didnt want to bring the food to my door he kept honking the horn disturbing my neighbors just because his lazy ass couldnt walk to my door mind you its a private house no steps to go up.

Its incredible how their food changed from one day to the next. I just received mashed potatoes that look like throw up. Its so watery! The salmon doesnt taste like anything. And their grilled pork has changed. Before it was juicy and had a delicious taste now its hard to bite and so dry. Never ordering from there again!

Food is good but usually very busy and staff isnt friendly. One girl saw me waiting and started doing something else and sent the other girl to take my order. Sometimes you say thank you and they just hand your food over to you like they hate their job with a passion. Good food but service sucks!
