I just feel so disrespected on how horrible I guys In the register acted over my mom. I leave very near the junction location however today I had to travel from my job in Manhattan To queens to drop some stuff. Therefore I ask my mom to drop 10 mins before I got there to pick up a food order from the tulcingo restaurant. After I arrive I asked if the food should be ready soon. The guy there told me "yes any time now" 10 mins passed and no food. a couple of mins passed and my mom ask if the food is almost ready because I had to go back to work in Manhattan. The guys in the register didnt say anything just open his register took out money and handle out with no words. How disrespectful was the guys being the my mom being a women she just gets no answer just money handle back. Once I saw that I took took the money ask told the guys to cancel the order. The type of disrespect is unacceptable for me. I would still accept if he told her something like "the order will take a few mins, but if you dont mind waiting then I am happy to refund your money" but she didnt get an answer only money handle back. I understand the sometimes this place is busy but at 3:30 pm there was only 3 table and 3 delivery/pick up including minds More then 20 mins for a torta and nachos when they normally take 10 mins or less since all the food there is already cooked. They only heat the the meat to make a torta. The Food is not that great, bad customer service, I am never eating here again, giving my money to the other Mexicans restaurants around junctions bvld

The food is okay, but the customer service is horrible!! Specifically from the guy that answers the phone. I have never been to a restaurant with such rude customer service. The guy slamned the phone before I could ask how much my total was. When I confronted him at the restaurant about being so rude over the phone he didnt care at all. Completely ignored me. Will not be going back to this place. They need to fire the douche bag that answers the phone which happens to be same douche thats at the cash register. From reading other reviews I see Im not the only one that has received bad customer service from that douche. I dont know what the restaurant owners are waiting for. They want to lose more customers!!! Someone is clearly not reading the reviews us the customers are posting.

So i was craving some mexican food since it was nearby and my frisnd had told me about tulcingo so i decide to order from here the wait was incredibly long but thats not the worst part . I ordered a burrito and its huge and looked pleasant wen i bite into it its cold and taste so disgusting afyer eating not even 1/4 of the burrito i decide to throw it out and ten minutes later im throwing everything up ! It was the worst expirience ever

LA comida muy Rica pero deberian ponerle mas atencion al cliente que en un negocio todo cuenta porque uno hordena y no te mandan la horden completa y no te disen que no tienen las cosas .

For many years It was my favorite place to get a Quesadilla or tacos before they moved to the new location Roosevelt ave and Junction Blv, Nowadays, the service is horrible, is much more expensive and the food sometimes is ok sometimes is bad. Forget about calling on a busy night like fridays or saturdays, They care more about money than food. Sorry to tell.. Im looking for a new mexican place.
