Despite being in a busy Chinese neighborhood, the restaurant manages to keep the facilities well-maintained and the average queue times during busiest hours are about 3-5 minutes. While the location is not sizeable, it is adequate enough to seat over 30 people. Due to frequent crowding there is some noise, but generally the people are friendly. I had some previous problems with other Popeyes branches, but this one has pretty properly cooked chicken, in terms of final freshness and crispness, which can be immediately tested after the first bite. While I cannot confirm, the light gold brown crispness might suggest that the oil is regularly swapped. The clerks were polite and registered my sizeable order quickly and double checked to ensure everything was correct. The bathroom is maintained and there were no extreme odors. Lastly, the restaurant staff were proactive in maintaining the store clean: a little kid spilled a drink, and the staff quickly mopped the spill, whole clerks moved the queue with due haste. Overall, one of the best Popeyes locations Ive visited. Given its smaller size and a large customer base I am surprised how well this specific location upkeeps the facilities.

This is the best Popeyes store that I have been to so far. The food is always made fresh. The one on 86 Street & 5th ave is awful. I always love to go to this place for boneless tender (mild) w/ biscuit,mash potatoes, and their fries are the best. It can get busy here at times mostly in the afternoon. The staff is always super friendly and have great service. Best place to go for a quick meal.

Popeyes makes the best fried chicken and french fries(fast food perspective) Location is pretty good, plenty of parking. Prices are also on par with fast food area Staff is nice but always stingy with the first batch of ketchups or I use too much ketchup (I always have to ask for more :( )

This fried chicken place is really good, tender and crunchy. The staffs are friendly and nice. Atmosphere is cozy and laid back. The chicken is juicy and well seasoned. Overall great place for fried chicken.

The employees here are much friendlier than most other Popeyes, and the location is prime. I saw a crazy person yelling at the employees, and they handled it professionally and had the person removed.
