No complaints about food or freshness of food. Every time I order, however, I find myself obligated to go down and pick it up in person because they can never seem to remember to put BBQ and hot sauce on my chicken wings and Im always very specific. However, I find its the young girl whos put in charge of answering the phones who always messes it up; her [presumably] mother, is usually good about remembering. Other than that, no qualms about this place.

New York is filled with so much Chinese take out, but this place is great. Im from the Bronx, so this is a great place with great food. I would recommend it for some good pork fried rice and definitely try the General Tsos chicken. Good eats for a great price. I am glad to have been around this place growing up. Need some grease in your tires, pump yourself up with some Great Wall Chinese restaurant.

The food itself is good the service isnt good at ALL. The young girl that works there has a very bad attitude and no customer service skills at all. The only time they get your order right is if you order there and watch them make it...otherwise your guaranteed to be missing something from your order. Whatever you do dont ask for a delivery.

The food is delicious, but if you ask them for a dish like "Chicken Wings & French Fries" w. a lot of hot sauce on the wings & a lot of ketchup on your fries they never come through w. exactly the way you order it. No matter how many times you place this order, they never get it rite. But other than that the food is good.

The food is decent but like somebody wrote they cant get the orders right. I dont know if the girl that take the orders is too stress or what? ... But for sometime now I noticed my previous orders have been all wrong. I decide to change restaurant now.

My wife and I stopped by on Saturday. When we got home, she was disappointed to know that half the order wasnt right. Plus the same person who took the money also did part of the food preparation. Disappointed. Not coming back.
