I had a terrible experience here. The food took way too long to receive (3 total trips to the counter! Including once to ask where was the ice cream cone from my order?). The ice-cream cone I received was not filled and when I complained the guy at the counter just said he wasnt the one who made it but did absolutely nothing to correct it. The food was awful-lukewarm, the fries were rubbery and the hamburger was a very thin patty that tasted re-heated several time. The hamburger bun was way thicker than the actual "meat". And I was asked if I wanted sprinkles to which I said yes without thinking-it wasnt until later on my receipt I noticed I was charged extra for them. Sprinkles come standard anywhere else! Definitely not worth the money. Not to mention I just tried to contact Dairy Queen to share this experience and the link doesnt work to submit the contact information and comment.

I love that you guys have a restaurant in the mall but you have lost me and my family as customers the to receive your food is way too long and now you guys are penny pinching your customers.the prices to switch a Sunday for blizzard went up 3 dollars and to switch a BBQ sauce to buffalo sauce was crazy the cashier asked for the sauce the gave me back and wanted me to pay for a knew sauce and the most disgusting thing of all my husband went to the bathroom and saw the employee that was making the food in the restaurant walk out the bathroom without washing his hands yuck

It was my first time visiting the city and we stopped in just before leaving. The workers were rude and they messed up our order twice. They forgot the cheese on our cheeseburgers and instead of making a fresh one they put a cold slice of cheese on them and they had the nerve to get an attitude because we wanted them to correct it. There are several places to eat in the mall besides Dairy Queen, choose one of them.

This has got to be the WORST DQ in the USA. The food is horrible, and the service is the worst that I have ever experienced in a fast food place. I encourage the owner to check up on his business, because the word about how bad it is has to spread quickly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. BAD, BAD, HORRIBLE, DISAPPOINTING.

My friend Lex says "I wanted and upgrade to the meal to add a Blizzard. They didnt give me a soda. How is an ice cream an upgrade to a soda. Im so thirsty!" Edit: And the burgers were dry. Should have made the line for Sarku.

didnt even get my bacon... my boyfriend and I went there for the first time and we both ordered the bacon cheese burger and I ended up getting a cheese burger instead and plus the sodas were flat.

Spot is up on the third floor food court, next to Subway. Flamethrower dissapointed; I was expecting way more firepower. Good burger though, just not one worth going out my way for.
