I walked nto this establishment to buy a wopper meal and a coffee for my spouse. The 20 yr old kid takes a tray and naturally takes it to the open window where he retrieves the orders. He places a cup right side up and starts caressing the rim of the cup with his fingers. Would you want a scank touching your cup with his fingers anywhere you go. Ever watch Gordon Ramsays show on how dirty eateries are ? This was clearly a health code violation. I brought this up to the hispanic manager on duty, He couldnt even speak proper English not alone figure out what Im complaining about. I spoke with the senior manager the next day. He could care the least bit.So in un-Sanitization methods we render a poor star to this establishment, This is not a 5 star resturant, I cannot understand why 5 stars are showing.

Received my drive thru meal quickly. With a side of attitude, simply because we changed our mind on lettuce. The person whom took our order, didnt comprehend that the customer can change their mind. As well as the cashier that rang our order. I made an attempt to contact the office, once we left, but, it went to voicemail. Needless to say we wont return to this location. 4/2/17 1:02pm #28 Salvador and cashier.

I love this BK....theyre very pleasant. When ever Im in the neighborhood I stop by and Im never disappointed. Its very clean and to my surprise they make your coffee the way you like (its my first time having breakfast here). Keep up the great work 556 central park ave.

This is the most disgusting Burger King, cant even get an order right and has ample help. Ordered a coffee, I get a bottle of water, ordered a whopper with cheese, no cheese. This is what happens when we Employ people with English as a second language. Illiterate.

Just to put one double burger in a bag, and the extras. You would think that for someone who do this 100 times a day, it should be the easier task. Well, not here. At the end I just gave up and took whatever he handed to me. Just couldn’t take it anymore.

What you want from a fast food restaurant. Staff is very friendly and efficient both at the counter and drive through. The restaurant, while somewhat dated, is very clean. Often has decent promotions with reasonable prices.
