I would love to give this place a better review. The food is very good, but deciding to order from here is still a difficult decision because the actual ordering process is painful. The person who answers the phone (whoever answers the phone) consistently has trouble understanding the order. I speak clearly and slowly, to the point that I feel like Im talking to an elderly person who is hard of hearing, and still I have to repeat myself several times. Last time I ordered I requested the vodka pizza but was told it was unavailable because the chef wasnt there and there was no one else who could make vodka sauce. Weird. Then we ordered again today and it took longer than the time we were quoted and we got a plain pie rather than what we ordered. We had waited so long I just took it because the kids were hungry. Changes to the ordering process need to be made. It shouldnt be such an ordeal to order a pizza.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order for a half chicken & broccoli and half pepperoni pie. I was told it would take about 20 minutes. I went to pick it up 30 minutes later and I was shown an uncooked half pepperoni and half plain cheese pie. It was not ready and I was asked "what kind of chicken," I told them grilled chicken was fine. Then I was told there was no more chicken, it has to be cooked. I asked how long and the front staff went to the chef and came back to me. I was told the chef said he wasnt going to make it. There was no offer for anything else, just a "sorry, the cook says he doesnt want to make it" Very poor customer service. I will not be going back there and I hope they realize, that even if your food is great, poor customer service will hurt your business.

I would give this place less then a star if I could. This pizzeria is over priced with no originality. The cooks dont even know how to make a decent chicken parmesan sandwich witch had absolutely no flavor and with poor quality. Dont know how much longer they are going to last. They definitely need better cooks and better management.

Had almost every menu item and havent been disappointed yet :) Best pizza, and best Sangria in town. Sometimes they do get very busy and orders from the kitchen take a little longer than expected but the the food is very, very good !

The delivery guy brought me the wrong order. I told him it was wrong but he forced me to take it. He returned ten minutes later to apologize and pick up the incorrect food he gave me. Do not order from here.
