Ive really only been to three buffets stemming from Brockport to the Rochester areas. Of the three restaurants Ive eaten at, this one is the worst. The reason for saying this is that the trays of food often look like theyve been out in the open for hours, and the truth is most of them have been out in the open for a long time. When the workers bring in a new tray of food, they take the leftovers from the previous tray and mix it into the new tray; the other restaurants are guilty of this as well. The Lo mein, the various chickens, and especially the stuffed clams are all examples of this, and you notice it because of the staleness. The selection of foods also dont do well compared to other buffet restaurants which provide a larger array of food choices. I really have no problems with the service; the service was good. The place looks decent in regards to its looks, but it really doesnt seem appealing when compared to other places. The restaurant definitely needs to be worked on more in regards to food safety though. I really wouldnt recommend anyone to eat here even though its relatively cheap.

As a kid my parents would drive the little extra (in stead of the place in hamlin) to get hohos, it was before they were buffet and they had a little place down by rainbow pets (not sure who remembers that) it was the same guy and lady Im pretty sure. My dad like that they would give an extra thing of "free rice" or free sugary roll things. Now as an adult my family eats here almost weekly. My boyfriend comes for the clams, I mix it up everytime. We like the "mom lady" thats what we call her we like the happy waitress shes always smiling the hibachi guy he really seems to recognize our family and this kid there named Wilson and the old guy in there. We eat here A LOT the only thing I wish was different... that there were tacos too :p ik thats not Chinese at all but if given the option I would make a Chinese versioned taco if the option was there :p

Very frustrated with the service I receive here when I go in for take out. There is one woman in particular who runs the register, tonight she was wearing a gray sweater. Never a smile, never a thank you, always barks your total. I went in tonight on my way into work around 9:30pm and as I served myself at one of the stations she literally barged physically in front of me to clean the glass above the food. Lady if youre not happy at or with your job, work in the back where no one has to see your nasty scowl and attitude. I come in to that again, youre going to hear about it, because my food is going to be all over your counter. Food is good, service I AWFUL!

I will come again next time when I visit Brockport. The restaurant is like my home, the people are friendly, the food are serviced as a very Chinese style. Surely every restaurant has its own style. Can anyone do all the same dish, every time at home, even use all the same receipe and ingrediants? Ask for a take out to judge if the chef is good or not. The price is cheap.

Wife didnt read the reviews. Judged a book by its cover. Not a typical hibachi but yes a Chinese buffet . Food was ok, hostess was terrible. Grabbed plates and all napkins before we were finished. Also very rude (rushed) to get us processed and out (in and out in 35 minutes) I would probably save the money and go to McDonalds or fast.

This place is wack. Their food looks like it was made 10 hours ago no matter what time you go. My friend got sick eating the sushi there before too. If they had better selections and replaced their old stuff with fresher stuff more often, they just might be alright. But for now? Stick to take out. Take it from me...Im asian.

The food is amazing, the service is great, and the prices are awesome. However you should stay away from the desserts. Every time I visit I am greeted with flies buzzing around the desserts. It seems the only safe dessert would be the Ice Cream. I very much enjoy the Orange Pineapple Ice Cream.

Terrible service. Old, disgusting food. Purchased Groupon, we had to fight for 10 minutes to use it. She just kept telling us to use it next time. I will never eat here again. I do not complain about establishments but this place was so bad I needed to say something. Save your money.

The Price fits the food and the environment. They have a decent menu, sushi is ok but below average, its safe to eat I guess thats important. Overall not bad for an American/Chinese/Japanese restaurant. The waitresses look way overworked but still have a decent attitude.

Overall lack luster. The place was clean, Ill gice it that, but the food was overcooked and tough. The service was tolerable at best. Not rude, but certainly not polite or helpful. Might have been a bad day, but I dont think well be trying here again. :/

wish I could give it less than one star. The service was brutal and rude. The food was one of the worst Chinese foods my co workers and I have ever had. The oil everything was fried in was old and disgusting and tainted everything. little to no flavor.

The selection of food was impressive, including some Asian takes on American dishes. I did spot some flies by the dessert buffet, but the food was definitely worth coming back again for. Would recommend their "special cakes"

For a Chinese buffet you wont get much better. It is clean. The food is good and usually pretty fresh. I was surprised by the sushi it was decent. But the real kicker...my kids can all find something they like to eat.

Go to Edoya on Buffalo road if you want real sushi. Hoho has lost any sense of food safety in reference to quality control. Beware, 3 out of 10 trips has landed someone I know in a state of food poisoning.

This is the best shop Ive ever seen, the most fresh food, the lowest price, the best service, everything is perfect, you can always see the waiters busy figure! My favorite seafood is always so delicious!

Always old food. Im always concerned about food safety in restaurants and this one is bad. I feel like I could get sick off any food in here. Chicken doesnt look like chicken. Mostly stale old food.

The food is your average Chinese buffet food. The place is a little less than average itself. A few booths have holes in the seats, stuff like that. You can get full with 6 bucks. It works for me.

Over all ok lately good has been over cooked then they mix the over cooked food with the not over cooked food. Scared they had the sea food next to chicken. Its always an ok experience when I go
