I usually order from this place all the time and my orders come out right. However today I made a delivery order with my coworkers. I got a spinach and tomato omelette which doesnt seem like an outlandish order. When I opened it there was a bed of spinach underneath 2 fried eggs with two sliced tomatoes on it. I wouldve found this funny but the tomatoes were old and the omelette tasted as if it was cooking in the styrofoam container. Definitely not worth spending 10 dollars on. Thanks for the overpriced weird omelette today Brightwaters deli!

I have been a customer for lo these many years. I live in Islip Terrace, but travel to Brightwaters to make all my deli purchases. I am, for the most part, on a first name basis with the entire staff. I walk in the front door and receive the traditional greeting "NORM." I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Awesome service with nice people. Love how I can text my order to them. They are within walking distance from me and take credit cards so Im happy about that. Despite crowds in the morning they get it done! Wish they could be open little later than seven sometimes but its not a big deal

Normally I would give this place 5 Stars, but an experience I had today made me actually lose a lot of faith in this deli. Found a hair in my sandwich. Very disgusting- I set the bar pretty reasonably when I asked not to have hair in my food. Invest in hairnets at least!
