Bad service and rude staff with even worse management. Our server didnt put in our appetizers, when the food finally came out it was cold, the fajitas werent even sizzleing, just terrible. Our party of 9 ordered sodas and they charges us for 18 drinks at $2 each without telling us they did not have free refills! Even our 6 year olds small soda was $2, as much as the adult glass. When we explained to our server and let him know we didnt know we were being charged for refills the manager and OWNER didnt even have the curtesy to come by the table and explain, she sent over a different server to do her dirty work for her. Ive never seen anything like it. Then after we paid the bill I tried to talk to him and he completely ignored us and walked away in the middle of us talking. This is not how you treat paying customers, we just dropped over $200 at your business and you treat people like that? Not telling your customers that you charge for every refill and just adding to the check is SHADY. Learn how to run a real business and learn the first rule of working in the service industry.. the customer is ALWAYS right and needs to be respected. Ive worked in the restaurant business for over 10 years and have never been more appalled. Absolutely ridiculous!! Our family and friends are never going back here again and all of us are going to spread the word to avoid here.

Ive been here a few times, but I have to rate last nights experience. Worst waitress Ive had EVER there. Requested water refills a few times. It was like an effort. A young man came by and kept attending to what she wasnt doing. Im not new to this planet nor to this restaurant, and its the first time I really didnt want to tip a person. It was to a point where I really wanted to discuss this womans lack of skills with management because, any request for water or otherwise was as though we asked her to go on a long hike up a steep mountain. Then, shed fill one persons water and not the other. It wasnt even just that...it was the attitude. I was ready to order, handed her my menu, and she put it back into my hands and left. I had a lot of leftovers, wanted to bring them home, what a disappointment when I found out the beans that were on my plate that I hardly even touched werent even in my box. So, since I couldnt eat them last night, I didnt get to eat them at all. I was extremely disappointed in last nights service, and it put a damper on the evening because I dont go out much, and, when I do, I like to have a nice evening without feeling like Im encroaching on a waitress for water....especially after eating jalapenos.

First off, the place has the best guacamole atmosphere ever. I got the #3 combo meal and im still dreaming about that Enchilada in my mouth. I do have to say that they like pranks a lot here. Our firsts batch of chips had a orage bottle cap in it. Our second had two red tortilla chips at the bottom. The cocunut sorbet is highly recomended. Anyways me and my latina gf had a blast listing to "arroz con habicuelas" and eating some superior mexican cuisine.

I was surprised as I thought the food was authentic Mexican food. Clearly those who have said is the best Mexican food have never had authentic Mexican food. The only thing I liked were the drinks and the tortilla chips given when you are seated. Half of the people in my group were done eating first and they ran to take the plates without asking. Which is extremely rude. The food is mediocre. The only reason I may return is for the drinks.

Great place. Service is awesome because all of the staff serves you and helps you. You do not have to wait for your server. Prices are great too. As far as food, there is nothing on the menu that has ever been disapointing. Quesadilla, guacamole, pollo marinaro, and chimichangs de mariscos are musts. The only negative is that the place is a bit small for the crowd it draws. Get there early or be prepared to wait.

Louis and his wife make you feel like you came to their home. They are so nice and make terrific guacamole right at the table. If you go and their is a wait - dont leave, it is so worth the wait. Margaritas are really good too. Enjoy for girls nite out or a nice festive meal with the family. Kids are right at home there too because they have a few of their own that are often hanging around. LOVE IT.

As usual wonderful! I have been going here for several years, the owners are friendly and very nice. The wait staff is great and the food is wonderful and reasonably priced. I have eaten at other Mexican places which dont serve food as tasty and are much more pricey. I wish they were bigger to accommodate the lines on the weekends,. Make sure to make reservations otherwise youll wait a while!

Love this place! Going to the "new" restaurant tonight to celebrate mis feliz cumpleanos! You have got to try this place out...the guacamole is made in a mocahete right at the table and anything you dont see on the menu can be made to order. Luis and his family are wonderful. Very kid and family friendly. Try to make a reservation because they are busy ... For a very good reason!

I have been coming to Fiesta Mexicana for years and have never been disappointed. The Margaritas are excellent. The entrees are generously served and very tasty. We even got to meet Bernie Williams from the Yankees there a few weeks ago. Bring the family, youll all have a great time.

I would rate 0 stars but Google wont let me. This place is way overrated. The food is bland and boring. The decor is old and dirty. The owner is a rude jerk who dislikes kids. The bathrooms are smelly and old. I wouldnt eat there for free!!

Horrible service , horrible food, NO FREE REFILLS (2$ each drink). Came 3hrs+ from PA to brewster to experience this food... Worst mistake ever! My local maxican produce store makes better food. This restaurant is like a taco bell chain.

Best Mexican food in Brewster area for years. Recently expanded. Fresh guacamole, excellent drinks. Specials every weekend. Always a festive atmosphere. For a more upscale experience try their other location "las manaitas" on Rt. 22.

Great food, good service and price. The guitar duo that goes around to each table is hardcore. Its mexican themed but im told its run by Costa Ricans.I did see a few employees with Aztec like features.

Service is good but the food is not the best.... ordered the "torito" ordered the steak meadium but it was medium well, the mushroom and onions needed some type of Sauce to complete the dish/steak.

Im a tough critic for Mexican restaurants, and for me, Fiesta rates pretty average. The food tastes pretty good, Ive never been truly disappointed, but Ive never been wowed either.
