Bartini Bar is a friendly, non pretentious local bar. The owner (who tends bar sometimes) and his staff are simply put, real nice people who want you to be happy. Very good live music scene including Dave Drews Monday Open Mic that has been running for years. Check their facebook page and Dave Drews page for updates. And they have a pool table hiding underneath its cover.

great dive bar to see some excellent long island music (remember, this is BillyJoelland!) right near the LIRR for convenience and friendly and obliging staff. drinks are very reasonably priced!
