Definitivamente no es el mejor lugar para comida chilena, existen otras opciones en NYC, que aunque quedan lejos de esta área, realmente la relación precio/calidad es mucho mejor que en este local particularmente. No me malinterpreten de todas maneras, le doy 4 estrellas porque es rico y el local se siente cercano a Chile, pero aún así podría ser mejor.

Partiendo que la atencion es mala, de las empanadas no tengo nada que decir muy ricas, el ceviche es una base de pura agua con aceite, el pescado frito muy rico pero el pebre era solo liquido. La atencion es muy mala !!!!!!!!!

Made a last minute call to see if I could get some empanadas to go. Woman who answered could not have been nicer and stayed open late and waited while I tried to get to the restaurant. The empanadas are FANTASTIC. I hope to get there and try some of the other items on the menu at a more reasonable hour!!!

Food is good but a little expensive. Owner very rude told me and my friends to get out cause we were drinking just coffeee althought we were long time customers. I suggest crazy owner to take training how to be a real gentleman and how to treat customers, specially if we are polite ladies.

Hands down the best Chilean food in the city. Staff is great and the atmosphere is even better. They have Chilean candy and souvenirs that you can also purchase. Parking isnt too hard to find which also is a plus.

Since under new management this place has changed a lot, prices went up, staff has nasty attitude, quality and quantity is very poor doesnt taste the same as before .... PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD OWNERS!!!!!!!!!

Nice chilean restaurant, very simple and relaxed. the sandwiches are a must, the bread is home made and the churrasco chicken is very juice. The alfajor is a very traditional sweet that is perfect for dessert

Very decorative, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Owner is accommodating and enthusiastic to customers not familiar with Chilean cuisine. Highly recommend, especially during the weekend.
