I was pleasantly surprised with the offerings at Westmont Diner - The Westmont Diner had a friendly staff and plenty of options, including healthier options. I ordered the Kale salad and it was amazing - not typical of your normal diner experience. My friend ordered an omelette with potatoes, which appeared much more typical of the diner offerings, but we loved that it came with seasoned, baked potatoes (as opposed to a slab of nasty homefries). This is definitely not a greasy spoon type of diner, we will be making frequent visits there in the near future!

Recently had breakfast here and the food was good. However, during the course of our meal , in fact while I had my fork lifted to my mouth, the owner asked us to get up so he could move our table a few feet back to accommodate a table he was setting up for a large group. His exact words where " so you cant get out of the way". Pretty gracious , huh? The saving grace was our waitress who acknowledged our inconvenience and apologized. When we were leaving, the owner was texting. He didnt even look up to say anything. We will not be back.

If you some to the Westmont Diner with no expectations you wont be disappointed. The food and service are both very inconsistent, pricing is very reasonable as you can tell my the number of senior citizens that dine there. I can say as long as your not too picky , youll never leave hungry, but that can be said for the old country buffet too.

Took the advice of yelp to come into this place and Im very very happy I did. I had the grilled cheese and short rib sandwich but try the german casserole instead of fries. I highly recommend this place if youre in the area. American food with a twist of jewish-german flavoring. P.S. Good luck eating all the food that comes with your order!

I feel that this diner is above diner food. They give you so much food for your money, and it is very, very good. Usually have to take the rest home because I cant finish it all. All of the staff are very friendly from owner down to the busboy. Prices are very reasonable also. Cant say anything bad about this place, I give it AAA!!!

I ordered a chicken parmesan dinner he came with a extremely small salad I asked for them to put cucumbers and onions and a salad. I had to ask for the rolls the waiter told me they were heating up and they came out really hot. The chicken parmesan was very thin the food was better than average the service was less than ever

Its a cozy little diner on the main road. The ambiance is charming, and the food is delicious. The wait staff is always able to us, and are always pleasant. Ive never had a bad meal or service when dining here.
