I used to frequent this place more, but the food has become less appealing over the years. It doesnt matter the day or time I go, I usually go for bfast type platters. The last few times I went, the home fries or grilled potatoes were dreadful. The bacon looked like it had been dropped on the floor & put back on my plate... because of lint or debris I found on them. That was the last time I went there. I didnt attempt to send it back or complain. Its not like I was going to eat anything else they would prepare for me. Im also not a complainer... I just take notes & never go back to those places. Aside from the food, the service was good. The waitresses tend to be on point & courteous. I just feel bad for them because of the cooks or the quality of food they have to present & serve people. I know the other people I was with, on the last few visits, also no longer eat there. Its a shame. It used to be an inviting place, IMO.

This is my second time coming here and for starters it was very empty. That being said the waiters stood in a corner and were just watching everyone eat. This could be excusable if they were waiting for someone to need them but there were multiple customers who were looking at their waiter stand across the room and do nothing as they needed them. Second I did not like how my waiter offered a side without the mention of the additional price making it seem like was included in my meal. Third the food was somewhat bland and not very enjoyable. And the final straw at the end, the price shown on the menu wasnt the same as what I was chargerd for. I ended up seeing it to be more on the check than stated on the menu. I will not be coming back.

This is truly a family restaurant with a "Cheers"-type atmosphere ... where everyone knows your name! Mike and Joy set the warm and welcoming tone, which is reinforced by their "family" of servers like Laura, Joanne, Debbie, Ashley (and I could go on and on). The food is "Moms kitchen" writ large ... hearty American fare with all our delicious ethnicities included. Its by far our favorite neighborhood restaurant. Any day that begins with the inctredible Bonnett Lane omelette just has to be a great day. Russ & Ginger Bishop

This place is really slacking. The last few times I have been there it smelt like the aftermath of DOING my goat. The servers can be very rude at times, time I asked for a classic black and white milk shake, but they said the blacks and the whites do not belong together. I founded that really racist being the big black man I am. Unfortunately, I suffer from dwarfism, so they asked where are my parents and gave me a coloring page. The worst thing is there was no blue crayon. Chocolate Chip pancakes are really good. 2/5

This is the perfect family diner. The food is great diner food. The soups are homemade. Breakfast is served fast and always cooked the way we like it. The service is always perfect. The waitresses remember my family each time we come in. My family and I have been coming here for years. My children love the treasure chest of toys and always look forward to picking something out after their meal. The kids also love the bar seating. I love this place!

This is a great local diner. My Wife and I go there for breakfast at least twice a month. The Food isnt earth shattering but it a good quality while still being a good value. The parking can be a problem on the weekends. I recommend approaching from 611 South and parking in the Lay-z-boy parking lot (they have an agreement with them). The fact that the place is always packed is a testament to the business.

I truly enjoyed my breakfast for the last two days. My only criticism is chef please season the food with the needed salt and pepper. It is difficult to season potatoes or eggs and most dishes after theyre cooked. Your home fries are good. Your omelets are good. Please make them great. Prepare them with salt and pepper. Keep up the wonderful change at BONNET LANE.

The restaurant was good before the last time I came a few weeks ago. I havent been there since Hillary Clinton was there in 2008 or 2007. The food taste good but the vibe was killed with only 15 people there instead of the line out the door. It would be better to remodel maybe change the name and try and build again, to attract a different group of people.

I went in to eat dinner today and I did not enjoy the service as it seemed like the waitresses didnt care. I also didnt enjoy the food as I thought it was flavorless. There was also a mix up with the price said on the menu and what I was charged for. Not a pleasant experience. Probably wont be going back.

My family loves Bonnet lane. There are always so many daily specials, and they handle kids great. If I had things my way I would get rid of their breakfast potatoes and serve hash browns instead. Their parking situation has gotten better since now they have the adjacent property. Yummy fries.

Breakfast is always very busy, especially on the weekends, but there always seems to be a table open when you get there. Fast service and friendly waitresses make this our favorite breakfast restaurant. The claw machine is a big plus.

Place is really in need of renovation. Many of the seats are ripped, and the pleather is taped together with duct tape. Glasses and coffee mugs are often wet when they are served to you. Food is okay diner food. Nothing special.

First time here. Club sandwich skimpy on Turkey. Wife had Rueben that was very skimpy on Corned Beef. Waitress was very nice. Atmosphere was pleasant. I will have to visit for breakfast to test the full diner experience.

We have been going here for 15 years. The food is always good never had a bad meal here. The staff is great fast service. Prices are good. And if youre really hungry for breakfast try the Cristinas breakfast combo.

Food is ok. Be aware if you ask for something any different from what is exactly on the menu, you will be told that the kitchen will not make it that way. Only ate here once and wont go back.

Always a pleasure to come here. The food is always great! Be wary, since this place is so great, the place is always packed for breakfast on weekends. Getting a seat will be difficult.

Bonnet Lane has been a family favorite restaurant since they opened their doors in Abington. Today I had our office meeting lunch catered and it was a big hit with everyone.
