It was the worst of times; it was the best of times. A cramped car ride to an unknown retreat center was defined by a crippling fear of the unknown yet a tingling excitment of mystery. That was when a decision was made. A decision that would change the course of this car trip. Chick-Fil-A would be our stop for rest. An oasis from dreary traffic, an inn for we who had survived on minute supplies of dry crackers and little water on the 2 hour trek thus far. We entered Chick-Fil-A with hearts on the brink of despair, eyes with only a sliver of hope remaining. The cashier, with angelic eyes and merciful gaze, looked upon our lost eyes and said, "How are you? May I take your order?" In that moment all the goodness and light in this beautiful world rushed into my soul. In that moment, I was euphoric. We sat down with the plethora of breaded chicken, fried potato, and succulent sauces with an anticipation that ate away at our very beings. That first bite could only be described as glorious. Glorious and magnificent. Like the kiss of the sun goddess herself. Like the first laugh of a newborn babe. Like the fresh blades of grass on the bare soles of your feet as you step out on a spring morning. Chick-Fil-A, on that afternoon, filled me in a way I did not even know possible. It satisfied cravings and desries I did not even begin to understand, yet alone knew I even had. God bless you, Chick-Fil-A. Thank you for all youve done.

AMAZING!!!! We stopped in here after my 4yr old got cataract removal surgery, we been up since 5am we looked horrible, my 4yr old had a big ole patch on with pajamas, acting like he was on his last limbs. We walked up to the register and these supervisors or managers turned our frowns upside down, I have never been treated with so much respect, concern, attentiveness, from a fast food place. They comped his food brought him a ice cream cone, the chicken nuggets were amazing with there honey mustard, checked up on us.Thank You so much Sean and Scott. I can not Thank You enough, Chick-Fil-A thank you

It was my first time visiting Chick-fil-A and I really enjoyed it! The staff at the Union, NJ restaurant were very friendly, the food was fresh and delicious! While my husband and I were eating our meals, two staff members came by at two separate times to inquire if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. We were very impressed by the service. I also liked the summer decorations. When we walked in it was a vibrant atmosphere and very lively and fun. We will definitely return.

The speed in which this establishment gets the food to you is mind bending. I cant speak for the drive thru since I have only ever eaten inside. Im sure thats fast too because of the double lane ordering. The staff is also exceptionally friendly. The dining area is clean which is another plus. Most importantly the food is good, but you probably already knew that. If not do yourself and favor and try their waffle fries. In the world of fast food fries nothing comes close!

This is another awesome Chick-fil-A. The only reason I deducted a star is because the way the drive through is set up. The 22 east entrance puts you right into the drive through. If you come from US 22 west, you have to either block the east entrance to this plaza, or rude people will just cut right in front of you rather than drive around like they should. There have been times where 5 cars entered while I was waiting, and 3 of them just pulled right in front of me.

The customer service is terrible. The wait is always so long. Ive been there at the drive thru four times and it was worse each time. The company was giving out free chicken sandwiches the last time I went for a holiday and I was lied to and told there was no such promo. Another time the girl just shoved the food out the window. The employees are rude, lack common courtesy and this establishment is a huge tarnish on the companys reputation.

Always a nice setting here, very warm and inviting. Light Christian music playing but just music no words. The food is always very good never had a bad food experience here staying in to eat or thru the drive thru. The servers are always pleasant and sweet. My favorite part is theres someone always walking around the dining area to see if you need anything or even a free refill. Definitely a favorite place to bring my family

I really love this place but some of the workers are just horrible. 1st you call and the line is either busy or no one picks up. Next you order an item only for them to say "we ran out of chicken so we cant make that". That is very upsetting. Hopefully the employees can work according to the standard Chick Fil A was founded on. Its starting to feel like Burger King. I actually left and went to Burger King, sadly.

One of the nicest experiences Ive had in a fast casual restaurant. The order line was long but it moved quickly. Staff is very freindly and my meal was brought to my table (never expected that). after that two of the staff stopped by to ask how my meal was. White table cloth service in a fast food restaurant, thats remarkable! Well done Chick Fil A Union, NJ

I was really surprised at how quality the food is and how helpful the staff is at this location. Only three stars because the playpen designed for kids ages 3 and under is rife with 8 year olds running around creating a dangerous environment for toddlers. Minus another star for the CEOs compulsion to insert his bigoted rhetoric into a restaurant chain.

The 2 times Ive been here were thru the drive thru which has 2 lanes. The drive thru lanes were always busy and packed but the customer service was pretty good despite having to deal with so much chaos and at the same time meals were being made a good pace. Also they have a kids play area which is always pretty great for kids to enjoy.

Amazeballs because the service is phenomenal I would even go to chick fil a almost every day so to be honest I would name it the best fast food restaurant in the world. Did you know that chick fil a os in 48 states that is close to being the whole USA. So that is all I have to say about Chick fil a. So Great job Chick fil a.

Long, long, long-time Chick-fil-A fan. Glad theyre finally coming to my area. Best fast food there is. Best chicken there is. And this location . . . I don t know how they do it, but no matter how mobbed the place is (which is usually), they still manage to be friendly and efficient

There customer service continually declines. Definitely not a good representation of chick fil a restaurants. From the rude servers, horrible drive thru experiences, lackadaisical employees and nonchalant management its only still in business until we get more in the area.

Always friendly, always fast, always clean and always delicious. The best place to have a chicken sandwich, the children entertained and a nice time to talk. Beautiful music and a good vibe all around you. One of the best or the best food chain establishment.
