When you go for the all-American classic, the burger, you expect it to have full taste from the bottom bun to top and everything in between. Thats exactly what I didnt get over here. If youre looking for taste, you may well want to stick to the Five Guys, Smashburger, Stewarts, Charcoal Pit... or just about almost any other name in burgers. For the love of burgers, avoid this one. The burger I had was the Whiskey River BBQ burger. Im sure they put some good emphasis on the BBQ because thats all you can taste. The beef had no taste and its as if its flavours were drowned out by substances that feel like oil going down the throat. Again, all you can really taste is BBQ sauce because everything but it has no flavour. Ill even say this now: If Red Robin puts their "special seasoning" on the table and insists you shake some on your burger for some taste, why dont they do it for you? Even with the seasoning, the beef (the most important thing) still tastes like a total nothing. The Sweet Potato Fries and the Freckled Lemonade were the only things I had that did really have flavour. The Freckled Lemonade drink is for strawberry and lemonade (not strawberry lemonade) lovers and I enjoyed the fresh combination of those two fruity flavours. I knew they always were born to be together somehow. Then the sweet potato fries on the side of the tasteless burger restored hope that Red Robin doesnt make tasteless food. If you love sweet potato, youll love sweet potato fries. Although they feel too much like fries and less like sweet potato, its still sweet potato (and that makes me personally satisfied.) I have nothing negative to say about the service. I wish I could have had the guts to tell the manager who walked by how I felt about the taste of the burger, but I thought Id take it to the Internet to warn potential diners to this restaurant what they may be expecting. My waiter was attentive and courteous to and checked up on me every little while. Overall, I would not go this distance for this output of a tasteless burger. If this is what they do on a regular basis, then I think this isnt what Im looking for. I think Ill stick to the burger joints I know and love. I used to love Red Robin years ago, but my taste buds have grown up from a little teenage boys taste bud to an adult males taste bud. I dont know how it could have changed drastically since the last time I went to their Tannersville, PA location... but I guess things change and so do Red Robins "Looks Good On TV" Burgers.

Waitress was good however changes to the menu and food were poor. They no longer offer the quesadilla which is very sad all appetizers are now the same thing you will find at every other restaurant, chips and some form of dip, or wings. We got wings as an appetizer and they were dripping in grease. I ordered the Guacamole burger as always with fries extra extra well done. The burger was soooo greasy with maybe a teaspoon of guacamole on it and no bacon (which it is supposed to have), fries were literally cold. My boyfriend ordered chicken fingers with fried shrimp and his was also cold. How odd. Never going back to red robin unless I am forced to by someone who is paying for my meal. What a disappointment (and it was my birthday ugh)

We waited 40 minutes for the main course dishes after the appetizer. We ordered four burgers, three of them were burned. The burgers werent edible either as we had to remove several pieces of the burned burger. The taste was bland. We order their dessert donuts and not only did they look bad they taste bad too. It was disappointing because we went to other Red Robins numerous times and they never had such bad dishes. The quantity of the food was better than the quality. The only good thing was that they gave us a couple of extra sauces for the donuts. Those donuts which were ordered to go, were thrown away because the taste was terrible. Even waiting for the manager took about 15 minutes. I wouldnt recommend and will not return.

Went mid-afternoon with the family, place wasnt crowded. Food came out quickly. Had the Nachos, onion ring tower and Poutine Fries as appetizers... all were good. The burgers though, were really good. I had the pig out tavern double. If you like bacon on a juicy burger, this is the one to get. We had great service from Troy - he was efficient, fast, informative and friendly. Would definitely return and ask for him again.

If i could put 0 stars i would.First off we get in we are seated then 10 mins go by and we are still serverless. Then the hostess informs us a server is on a break and didnt inform them(which i think is complete horseshit) and she asked to move us. Then we waited another 10 mins which was outrageous and plenty of servers were present. Im never returning here nor will any of my peers. Horrible,get your stuff together.

Have been here a few times, came in tonight, was very busy. We sat got drinks, ordered.. We werent complaining, or anything, just stuck in conversation. The manager then bought us our food and comped us because he thought it took to long for us to get served. I questioned him because i thought to myself, didnt we just order 15 mins ago. Wow A++ .

we waited 10 minutes for drinks, another 20 for appetizers, and an hour for burgers. Honestly, the food wasnt even good, the only actually decent part of the restaurant was our waitress. They didnt even have enough plates. Dont waste your time here McDonalds is better and not a million dollars.

The place is always busy but the food is always good. Ive only had one time where my food was sitting for a while and the only reason I could tell was because you can see directly into the kitchen. My mother and I were not completely satisfied after this experience but Im still going to return.

The food was good,not great,but good.The service however was terrible.I think they forgot about us.We waited 45-50 minutes for a couple of burgers & fries.It wasnt even that crowded.It was our first & LAST visit.

Menus were sticky and dirty as was the table. The menu is overly complicated too. For a restaurant that prides itself on burger selection why cant I order a black bean burger? Poor service too

The food was good and server was nice. However theres grease everywhere. The plates were greasy and not clean. The table looked clean but was sticky.
