Sigh I wanted to like this place but from the beginning things turned sour and the service was very bad. I called from the restaurant next door (wait time was too long) and was told there is no wait for two people. Went in there, and the hostess told us we need to wait about 10 mins. Sure no big deal.. Even though they lied over the phone about the wait time. Sat down, kept telling our shy waiter to speak up.. And the menu.. It is what it is, nothing special. Ordered my burger and finally got it with a black burnt bun, lol, so I kindly told the waiter and then the manager came. We didnt ask to speak to him, but he came by to.. To just ask what was burnt the burger or bun. He was a bit rude and Im not sure what the purpose of him coming by was. It certainly wasnt to apologize or find a solution. It was awkward and unnecessary. Sigh, after everything was done, we got the bill which was confusing as hell... The waiter even reassured us before he set it down that it was right. I was charged two burgers but got one removed. Nevertheless, maybe your experience will be better, however, BWW was a dissappointment.

What a disappointment! Went on 3/18/17 during NCAA games so I expected a crowd and to have a wait about 20 minutes, no problem. They had a very young staff I would say 80% was ages 18-22. 3 of us get there and only two people are seated waiting for a table. About 5 minutes later there were about 5 tables that began to filter out and empty table sat there for another 15 minutes. In the meantime, another 6-8 parties had arrived and were waiting too. 25 minutes later a gentleman had asked for the manager and expressed the fact that there were empty tables and no one was being seated. The manager apologized then went to help the bus boy. I ordered the Asian Zing boneless wings along with fries and they were good. My brother and boyfriend ordered the lemon pepper both boneless and traditional and they said there was no flavor, they had to ask for a side of the rub. Our waiter, Isaac was great, he made sure we had everything and maintained a good attitude. The only other issue I had....the same boy that was the "bus boy" was the food runner....thats not cool. Hes cleaning and serving food.

I ordered take out and showed up a little early. While I was waiting for my food, a staff member came outside, directed a vehicle the wrong way down a one way, instructed them to park, and proceeded to get into the car to participate in what looked like a drug deal. When said staff member exited the vehicle, she slammed the door into my car. She apologized, then instructed someone else that would be entering the vehicle not to hit my car again. I believe her exact words were "Make sure you dont hit this persons car, they wanna act like I didnt say sorry." To my complete and utter astonishment, without even setting foot inside the establishment I was disgusted by the customer service. I think next time I feel like having wings, Ill go to the KFC across the street. Maybe that way I can avoid having to buff a scratch out of my passenger side fender.

Absolute worse experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. I placed my order online they said my order would be ready at 6:50 pm. Upon entering the restaurant I was not greeted I stood in the front waiting for someone to help me for 3 mins. Then I was directed to head to the back and pick up my order. Rose was my cashier she was very pleasant and told me my order would be out shortly. 15 mins later a manager comes over hands me a bag along with 2 coupons and states "I threw chips and salsa for you, since you had to wait" then the Cashier Rose came over and said thats not her order. The manager then took back the bag and the coupons. I sat back down and waited additional 5 mins for my food, when it came out the containers were DIRTY like they had been used!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

We got there at 11.00pm on August 29th and placed our orders by 11:30pm, wings and appetizers, only the appetizers came through in time (btw the BWW on Rt 1 Iselin closes at 1am) ,we kept on waiting for the main wings, and at the end our server came and told us that the kitchen was closed and she did not put the order in so I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came out and told us exactly the same, as a courtesy he should have done something with the bill to show that it was a mistake on thier part and now that we have no where to go eat dinner.... We ended up paying the check $75.00( 4 beers, 3 tacos, 1 mozzarella stick, 2 lemonades) I do not recommend this location of Buffalo Wild Wings..

I have both dined in and taken food out from this location and the my always make the food to order. The place is usually busy as it is a sports bar and there is always sports going on. Usually there is no wait, but in the past I have has to wait a few minutes to be seated. The carry out is about the same as the fine in when it comes to wait time. Definitely call ahead or order from the app in that case. I like that they go over your entire order before you pay to make sure everything is as it should be. I highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wing location!

I have been visited to different locations BWW everything was doing a awesome service expect this location. First thing the wings are not good when you take out. They dont have sufficient sauce for that specific variety that we order. Like Thai Curry... Also you dont get the count for what you billed. It happened three time to me and third time I counted and told it doesnt have the count that I ordered. Very slow service. Poor Management. Instead of getting frustrated going to this location decided to give up this location.

When I was leaving the restaurant, I slipped and fell because the floor was greasy and slippery... there were at least 6 members of the staff near me and only 1 person asked me if i was ok... I was very upset b/c of this experience... there were no slippery, nothing. I wasnt hurt seriously, but someone else could have been. This is a serious hazard and they show at least have the courtesy of putting up a sign. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of friends in Woodbridge and was served by a great young lady named Daryelis. She was courtious and made sure we were well taken care of all night. Its obvious that Daryelis takes her job very seriously and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience as customers. Her professionalism that she demonstrated, offered a great experience in customer service and we will definitely be returning!

Its always hit or miss with the wings here. Been here several times and for the price youre paying here they should be AWESOME wings not mediocre. The staff here is a total different ballgame. Not good people. Walked in the first time and they just stared and giggled like high school kids. Cant believe this junk goes on and they get away with it. People can go many other places. Keep that in mind Wild Wings, You are not Irreplaceable.
