These empanadas are legit and they are great snacks while youre driving. The chicken ones have great seasoning to it. I would definitely recommend that one. The beef ones were a little too "mushy" for me (but I still would eat the crap out of it). I was also not fond of the ham and cheese one. It was too salty for my taste. And if you are looking to order the odd/exotic empanadas, you have to call ahead. They never have them ready-to-go. But I will be back for more whenever I drive by the truck!

Always seen the signs but first time having empanadas from The Empanada Guy. I got chicken and chorizo empanadas with the stuffed potato ball (rellenos de papa) while my girlfriend ordered the chicken, beef and chorizo empanadas. They were fantastic to say the least and we will be getting them again!

Usually pretty good. When fresh, empanadas are delicious. Did just get one the was microwaved at 11:35am. Really?! Also spotty opening times. Ive stopped as late as 11:30am and them still not be opened (EG #2)

If you get an empanada as it is just made, then it is crispy and the right consistently. Otherwise, they tend to be doughy and could use more filling.
