Customer service very bad! The waitresses did not smile and were unhelpful and disinterested even when taking our order. Came for breakfast and was disappointed in the food and the service. Ordered poached egg, breakfast potatoes and multigrain toast. Egg was over cooked. Breakfast potatoes was actually baked potatoes with no seasoning. Toast was the tiniest corner of a focaccia. Not even big enough to put a poached egg on. And no butter. Asked for butter and it took 5 minutes and was frozen. Coffee was cold and not nice. Overpriced massively. Not coming back for dinner. They were so uninterested in customers. Then on the receipt there was suggested gratuity of 18, 20, or 22%. Service barely warranted the 12% we gave.

I normally get crepes or French toast when I come here, and have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, I had an incredibly horrible experience with service. Partly my fault I suppose. I was a bit late with my party after making a reservation. For which I profusely apologized, just to hear the young women who appeared to be the manager bad mouthing me to the servers saying I was "2 f**king hours late and not all the people are even here." I was in no way 2 hours late, and if I was two hours late Im sure my reservation would have been long gone. My party was in the establishment a total of 2 hours. The server was extremely sweet and professional, but to the manager or host, whatever her position, shame on you.

I cannot recommend Kafe Neo. Today was the first time I had ever ordered from this establishment. Our company put in a decent order for our Friday lunch. One of our coworkers was given the wrong order. Over the phone she was told she would get the correct food no charge. Her food took over an hour to arrive and when it did the delivery guy tried to charge her for her food. She tried speaking to the owner and he said "I never get an order wrong" and hung up. This is extremely unprofessional especially to a new customer and to a place of business that could potentially be a steady stream of income.......Such a shame.

I have been to this place many times and I was never disappointed. Food is fresh and tasty. Occasionally, when it is crowded, service might get a little slow or the wait to get a table may get longer. I highly recommend the strawberry fields salad and most of the sweet crepes. I have tried a number of items on the menu over the course of a few years, and they were all good. Our whole family enjoys this place and we have taken guests there as well. Be forewarned, go there with an empty stomach, the crepes are quite big! Enjoy!

I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake crepes... Wasnt what I expected and was some what disappointed. The melred whipped cream made the crepe soggy at the end of both sides and the pumpkin filling wasnt mixed properly with the mascarpone so half way through it had an unpleasant taste. The waitress was very pleasant though. The tables are too close for comfort. Theres really no way you can have a private conversation as a result of it. Overall dont think Ill be back any time soon.

Worst, most unaccommodating, mangers I have ever experienced. We had a party of 14, made reservations, showed up and half of our party was sat. The other half had to wait in front by the front door.. 45 minutes and 2 complaints to the helpless managers later we were forced to leave. Some of our party drove 2 hours to celebrate this birthday! The managers treated me and our party like garbage. I will never go to or recommend kafe neo again. HORRIBLEEE

It used to be one of my favorites, but the last couple of times everything is HORRIBLE, starting with the unfriendly host at the front, all the servers lately are very unhelpful too, always "busy" u cant even finish ordering and she is already out of the table, the f[d is still so-so but the prices have changed so much and the on top of everything the poor busser boy is told to come and pick up are plates while we still eat...

Ordered a red velvet crepe and specifically requested to have the ice cream on the side so it doesnt make my crepe soggy. I get my red velvet crepe with the ice cream on, so the waitress apologized and took the order back. Waitress brought back what I thought would be a new order, but instead served me with same exact melted ice cream scoop in a bowl, and covered the soggy part of my crepe with whipped cream.

Excellent staff and presentation. Kafe Neo has a very friendly and upscale casual atmosphere. The menu is quite diverse and the portions are actually quite larger than one would expect. They offer a variety of savory crapes, which I most certainly recommend. The owner even came to our table to ask how everything was. Will be returning soon. Cheers.

Service is not Bad. Crepes are really good. Paninis are good. Once I ordered a philly steak sandwich and Im afraid it was disgusting! It was cold, I asked them to fix it they reheated it and brought it back, so I just left it as it is! They close at 10 but they would refuse to seat you at 9:25, it happened to me I promise you.

Crepes are heavy and chewy in texture, taste more like egg. The savory crepe has raw arugula, raw onion, and mushrooms drenched in balsamic vinegar, almost no cheese. Rediculous. Youre just wrapping a crepe around salad. It also took FOREVER to produce 2 crepes (15-20 minutes).

Great place to have some tea and dessert with friends or alone, if youre just craving something sweet. Crepes sometimes comes out a bit dry but the sizes are huge so when they do get it right it makes up for all the dry ones

Thought it would be nicer inside it is in a upscale shopping center but looks like it was decorated by the busboy good is good not great small portion over priced and i ran some of the top restaurants in ny for years

Nice small place with great desserts. We went for dessert crêpes and also got hot chocolate. Great selection of crêpes and drinks and very delicious. The place is a bit cramped, but has a good layout for the floorplan.

Great breakfast spot, huge crepes and very fresh ingredients. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Usually no wait, only twice when it was packed and then only 5-10 minutes.
