seriously, i give many places chances. but this one is horrible !!! first time was great then after that they keep over charging me. from 12.15-12.85 or sometimes 20.19 yeaah i keep track.! the guy who answers the phone is very rude ! i never order pizzas because by the time they come its cold. and they come 1 hour late or more for pizzas i just order the sandwiches. 30 mins i feel bad for the delivery drivers, i always give them great tips because its not their fault that their owners are a-holes they kinda complain that i live to far, so why did they leave a menu in my mailbox? or they can just say, sorry we no longer deliver more than 5 minutes. i live literally 8 mins away. only reason i order because i have a little brother that loves this place but he doesnt know that i have to deal with a lazy, rude boss.

We probably had their menu sitting in our house for a year or so before we decided to give them a try. Their pizza is very, very good...but the highlight for me thus far has been their penne vodka dish. Regardless, weve yet to have anything from there that we dont like - and I like the fact that they let you substitute whole wheat pasta and even have a "healthy choice" menu - now, I know that if I want a truly healthy dinner, a pizza place shouldnt be #1 on my list; but the fact that they do have ways to make the dishes at least a bit healthier is still a major plus. Ive yet to find anything I truly dislike about the place; the staff is very friendly and chatty. You just get the sense that there is a lot of passion that goes into what they do. At this point, they are #1 on my list of Toms River pizzerias.

The food is ok but the people that answer the phone are often rude and they complain about how we pay! They must be millionaires already because they dont want to take our credit card for payment. They say "it takes too much time over the phone". AND the tall blonde girl that works behind the counter as the order taker could not be more rude. Johnny Gs is directly across the street with better food and nice people that will gladly take my credit card information.

Food was pretty good but not what I wanted . But horrible customer service they seriously messed up all of our food orders and forgot our drink and did not care when I called back up .. then we found out it wasnt even them who ordered it they gave it to Alfredos pizza without telling us. .. then when I called Alfredos they told me sorry five dollars off your next purchase. Like no Im never going to you again the food is NOT what I ordered and I wasted my money.

Cuzzins is one of the best Pizzerias in T.R. , Great Food, Great Service, Good Prices, Management, Waitstaff, Drivers always Friendly, and Helpful with suggestions. @ Jackie, if I ever ordered from a pizza shop and waited an hour more then twice I would never order from there again, so I find your claim of waiting an hour five times a bit of a stretch.

My coworker and I ordered pizza, wings and garlic knots for lunch today and love it. We normally order from a neighboring pizza place but since they did not open until 4, we decided to give Cuzzins a try. We will now be ordering from here from now on. Delivery was fast and the driver was very nice.

Litterally the worst margerita pizza ive ever had. I should have just went to stop and shop and got the microwavable pizza. When I called they said thats how we make pizza. sorry! and hung up! Stay away. go somewhere else for italian.!

The worst pizza I ever ate! The Grandmas pizza dough was raw ! The cheese and sauce were ok but how can you mess up cheese? Ive tasted better pizza in a high school cafeteria! Truly disappointed! Dont go there ! Ever!

Ordered and paid for cheese fries and got plain soggy fries. Didnt get the extra dressing I asked for. The bacon on the sandwich wasnt cooked all the way. The pizza was okay. I wont order from here again.

If you want cold pizza and wait time over 1hr and 20mins for 2 pies then this place is for you. Pizza from a freezer tastes better then this. I would never get anything from this place again!
